Review 1：We stay at this location 1 to 2 times a year This time we were flying out of Niagara Falls and asked for a check out if no later than 2 o'clock My father is ill and it would've been helpful for him to have been able to rest We were given till noon as they stated the hotel would be filling up on the 22 of Dec Very few cars if any in lot Extremely dissaponted and won't stay here again

Review 2：The water pressure in the shower was very low. I didn't like to see water leaks in the dining area ceiling tiles. If the leaks were fixed they could have easily replaced the ceiling tiles that were damaged

Review 3：The rooms were very clean. The breakfast was very good and kept clean and a very roomy dining area.

Review 4：Contentinal breakfast. Most of the food either stale or not appetizing. We were lead to believe that the hotel provided a shuttle which is not the case.

Review 6：It was raining the weekend we stayed and there were a ton of leaks throughout the entire hotel. The roof definitely needs some repairs!

Review 18：There are no designated handicap rooms at this hotel. Would have been nice to have walk in shower but there is one grab bar at the side of the tub.

Review 22：I found it quite expensive for the room. Was just 2 adults and 2 babies in a small room of 2 double beds and we paid an exorbitant price of 460.00. When the online quote was 320.00. I asked why the difference and they kept telling me discuss it with management who was never around.

Review 23：We stayed there with our2 little babies aged 2.5 and 1.5. Pool was great and so was the mini arcade. The staff didn't mind that we let the kids run around in the halls. Rooms were clean, beds were clean and so were the linens. The breakfast was great.

Review 24：The room was located on the second floor near the end Of the hallway. NO elevator! Even with loading up a cart it was difficult to maneuver. The sink faucets are to close to the top of the sink, soaking everything on it.

Review 29：No need for front desk to automatically scan your driver's license without 'asking' your permission first. And what is the purpose anyways after you've given your credit card and shown the ID? They will accommodate your request not to copy. It's not necessary so stop the practice please.

Came to look at it and could not repair so they offered us a new room but we were all settled in with three very young children and did not want to move late at night. Called in the morning to move rooms and the manager came to take a second look and fixed the problem so we did not need to move. Could not have been nicer about the whole problem! Breakfast was nice and all the staff was so friendly! Nice and welcoming!

Review 35：The children running up and down the hall. Not the fault of the staff or the hotel. It is the fault of the parents. Maybe families with small children should be placed on the lower floor.

We thought there was something wrong with the unit in our room but the front desk clerk told us that is how they all are. Definitely disturbed our sleep, and even our ability to watch (hear) the TV. Would not stay there again in winter. We have stayed there in summer and did not find the a/c unit to be a problem.
