Review 1：The room wasn't ready the driver of the shuttle was rude and extremely nasty. There was dirt stains on the beds.
Review 2：That there was only one staff member that was trying very hard to make up for the lack of other things that happened.
Review 3：The staff did not clean our room well. There were breakfast dishes that were left in our room from the morning. Also there were facial tissues that were used up from the night before that were not refilled

Review 7：Arrived at 4. They did not have our reservation. Girl asked me a 50 questions like it was my fault. Finally a mgr Sharon shows up and figures it all out. Seems they have to log into Booking.com and print off reservations which no one did for a week. So you could tell they were scrambling to find us a room. We ended up on 6th floor next to elevator but good thing was room was pretty soundproof. Door going into bathroom is hard to get around. You have to stand in the shower to close it and open it.

Review 9：The room was very warm and we could not get the AC to work properly. There is not guest laundry so we couldn't dry our bathing suits and their is no hot tub. The breakfast was not organized. They ran out of all utensils, cups, food and condiments. It was still an hour from breakfast ending and we had very little to choose from. When our room was cleaned they did not leave more shampoo/conditioner. The pool towels are very rough and small. The toilet paper is rough so we went and purchased our own. The elevator is very slow so you might want to get used to the stairs.

Review 15：We were assigned the room next to the kitchen. We heard tons of noisy very early each morning. I had a pet with me and brought her out to the lobby area and sat. I was told she could not be in the common area.

Review 18：Completely and utterly overpriced. The breakfast, that was highly boasted on the site, was mediocre at best. We were there for Busch Garden's Howl-o-scream event. This event ends at 1:00 a.m. The hotel shuttle stops at 10:00 p.m., so we had to drive - which defeated the entire purpose of staying so close to the event! Our view from the room was railroad tracks, a wawa, and an abandoned restaurant. Nice.

Review 22：My husband and I first stayed at a Hyatt Place in Ft. Lauderdale earlier this year and since then we have never stayed at another hotel. We have made multiple trips and continue to enjoy the comforts of Hyatt Place. They are a great value for money, the staff are extremely courteous and helpful plus breakfast and wifi are free! Best best hotel!!! I highly recommend!!!!
Review 23：I think I was expecting an omelette bar for breakfast, and a few more healthy choices for food, however I am a picky eater, so no fault on Hyatt. I also ate in my room because breakfast seating was limited.
Review 24：When I asked to have joining rooms to be closer to my children, we were given side by side room with no connecting door. I asked to be moved and my wish was granted with a smile and the adults were moved to a King Size Room with no hesitation from staff and no upgrade charge:)
Review 25：A very nice, reasonably priced hotel. All staff were very courteous and helpful. An excellent shuttle service to the park which was a nice suprise. Double room was spotlessly clean and very large for our our needs. Beds, pillows etc very comfortable and breakfast ( included ) was well stocked with lots of variety. All in all an excellent hotel to which we would definately use again.
Review 26：Traveling with my wife and her suster to visit Busch Gardens. Hotel is nearby the BG and count on good facilities. Seems like ouro room hadba renovation work recently, the team of the hotel was very kind ans the breakfast was fair. If you want to visit BG its a good choice.
