Review 1：the room was smelly like mold and the room had the worst clean i ever saw they forgot clean left overs of the remodelation work they had, then went to the front desk make the complaint and the women didn't care at all... we already paid before even see the room bad mistake...

Review 4：I have stayed here before, I'm always happy when we arrive and leave. The rooms are comfortable and it's centrally located to a lot of the activities that we come to Tampa for.
Review 5：Reception office stunk cigarette. Room stunk cigarette really badly, regardless being a non-smoking room. Sheets and blankets had holes on them. Definitely not recommended and should not be rated 3 starts.
Review 6：Walking into my hotel room, others staying at the hotel were sittingoutside their doors, smoking and more than likely drunk, shirtless,yelling expletives to my little sister, staring and following us to ourroom. Everyone looked like they were either dealing or waiting toreceive drugs. This is not a family friendly hotel. Please, if you havefemales, teens, or children in your party, do not book this hotel. Itlooks like some place you might rent out by the hour. All room doorshave outside access, and the hotel itself is only 2 stories tall. Hadsuch a motel feel. Walking into the room there is an overpowering smellof mildew/mold. The sheets were damp and stained with black dots allover them and the pillow cases. The a/c was very weak, as was thewifi. The bathroom tub looked to have these black dots covering it aswell. Our door was broken; we had to slam it in order to get it to closeall the way. Our deadbolt looked to have been ripped off the wall.Perhaps the door has been kicked in before? Being located on the bottomfloor is terrifying. Anyone can drive up to the room because it is oh soconveniently ducked off behind a Wing House restaurant and bar. I thinkI might dread an upstairs stay even more, though, because that is wherethe vulgar people I explained earlier were staying. I think it might bepossible they rent there weekly/live there. There was no possibleway I could have comfortably continued the stay. I immediately went twohotels down to La Quinta. So much better, I cannot convey this enough.Kandi at the front desk of the Red Roof was so kind and understanding,she issued a full refund of my money and apologized, saying she wasgoing to check everything out that I told her was wrong. I am reallyshocked that this place is even listed on Booking.com. I wouldn'thold a contract with this location if you paid me to. Ps - there is nocontinental breakfast.
Review 7：Kandi at the front desk is the only positive thing I have to say aboutthis place. She is so kind and accommodating. She deserves to work at anupscale hotel instead of this run down piece of crap.
Review 8：We had a problem with the dead bolt lock on the door not going back in when we would try to leave the room. Not sure if it wasn't connecting inside the door to the latch, or the security of the door like the front desk attendant said upon checkout. Other than that, no problems.
Review 9：Our room was very clean and easy to maneuver. The bed was pretty comfortable and the pillows were nice and fluffy. A friend and I got the two double beds and were in the area for a concert. The location was pretty central to everything. Nice staff.
Review 10：If it wasn't for the price and the fact I was with a group of friends traveling as a single I would not have chosen this hotel. Rooms need to be cleaner with with no dirt stains on the bed spreads or cobwebs on the ceiling. Wifi was hit or miss! Under the beds. Well that's another story. Only stayed one night!

Review 63：In bldg 2,mine, the Wifi was spotty at best. The shower was a drop in shell and the back part was bubbling 3inches off the back wall. Had a musty smell, like AC had not been running for weeks smell. We bought some Lysol and it helped. Small ants in bathroom. A couple of flying bugs in the bedroom, although they could have flown in while the door was open to carry in the luggage.
