Review 1：Fire alarm went off at 3am on our first night of stay. We moved to different room since the non-smoking room smells like cigarette.
Review 2：Swimming pool. Our children loved it.
Review 3：The lady at the front desk (night staff) was surly and unhelpful. Toilet clogged in the first room and flooded the room. On requesting a second room, she made the change with great reluctance. Then in the second room the bathroom sink did not drain. In addition, the rooms smelled musty and dank.
Review 4：A little unclean...hair and dust in corners and on closet floor. Pillows were too small and not full enough. Bed had a lump and gap in the mattress

Review 6：The first impression was not good with the desk clerk unfriendly manner. The rooms were very noisy and did give me the impression that were even clean. Will never stay here again nor will I ever recommend anyone to stay here.

Review 8：The trolley service to Niagara Falls was awful. It listed times and never came. This happened twice, we waited 45 minutes for a shuttle. The one time the driver arrived and said rudely, "I'm done for the day." We ended up taking a taxi that cost us 20 bucks. If I knew that the trolley service was something that was done half ass I would've just driven myself. Just some advice, don't offer a service if you can't do it well.

Review 12：Some of the halls had a bad odor. The stairwell we used smelled of cat pee pretty bad. I'm still washing the chlorine out of my hair from the pool. A microwave in the room would have been really nice to have! Since there was a big party going on in the banquet hall I had to park pretty far away from the entrance.

Review 14：The carpet in the room was visibly dirty. The hotel itself was old and rundown. Of the 2 garbage cans in the room one was filthy and the other had a large crack in it. We were quite put off by the bathtub/shower as it did not look clean so we did not use it.

Mold on shower curtains, broken filthy bathroom faucet, windows so dirty could not see out, towels and wash clothes unavailable at 5:00 in the afternoon and hotel clerk and manager were dirty, I showered, rude, disgusting, uncaring about their customers or condition of hotel.

Review 53：Frist they give me a dirty room the room look like no one clean it the towel and the sheets on the floor its look like the last people they just checked out but no one clean the room ! You can see every dirty details in this room . They change the room to other . The secend room is not bad but their is no napkin or paper towels in the bath!! I told them but the service is too slow. I ordered blanket and the just said sorry we do not have extra blanket!! The coffee machine is dirry and broken.

Review 65：I booked this hotel because it had a pool and offered breakfast. I was traveling with my 5 year old and both are requirements for her! The hotel was dated ( frayed carpet, chips in tub) but I was expecting that based on reviews. Bed was comfortable but I didn't sleep well because you can hear EVERYTHING that is going on next to you and in the hallway. They did not have breakfast as stated on the website and when I asked about this the girl immediately got the manager. He was defensive and rude and kept repeating over and over "show me where it says that and I'll buy you breakfast". When I showed him he said it wasn't correct, that they have never offered breakfast. Even though the rate is good, nothing else about this hotel is. Don't waste your money. We travel a lot with my daughters all star cheer team and I had two more reservations with Quality that I promptly cancelled.

Review 67：This hotel has bed bugs. When we brought the staff to the room to look at the bed, they didnt react at all- business as usual it seems. We did not have to pay for the room, but the hassle of having to freeze all of our things to ensure we didnt bring bed bugs home was not worth it at all.

Review 72：It could have been something as simple as the room we stayed in (153), however, hearing foot steps above your bed all night is not something any guest should have to listen to while paying to stay at a hotel. Unfortunately we listened to the sound of walking back and forth above our room all night, leading into the next morning which made it VERY difficult to get a good nights rest. It almost sounded as though the other guests were about to fall through the ceiling.

I didn't see this in any of their advertising, so it was a nice surprise. There is also a small indoor pool that wasn't advertised as well.

I'm very particular on facilities; wifi so slow, cable TV connection still analog (not HD) and limited programs, toilet bowl needs replacement (black stains), hot water pots should be provided in the room instead of going to the main lobby (which turned out to be a mini pantry) for guess to access hot water.

Review 100：The staff was friendly and helpful, the hotel had an indoor pool which we did not use but was basically empty while we were there and looked clean, the hotel itself looked clean as was our room and the beds were very comfortable. The hotel was central to the fashion outlet mall, Walmart, target, TJ Maxx and was even walkable for those like myself who like to take the time to browse and do not drive, also many places to eat in the area. The parking was also plentiful at the Quality Inn Niagara Falls. We have recommended this resort to all our friends and family and will definitely return if the price is right.
Review 101：Awoken @ 2am with noise and someone running down the hall. Doors slamming!! Musty smelling room.Looked like a cigarette burn on the spread.Fridge was not cold!! Didn't feel comfortable there. Chlorine in the pool was so strong it burned your eyes! Not a good experience, especially after travelling from Michigan to New York needing a good night's sleep-not there!

Review 111：The very word in Quality was missing in Quality Inn...toilet was so unclean beyond description. The rest area common rest rooms are much much cleaner than the one we stayed in. The coffee maker had the stains and remains of the previous guests who stayed in the room. The carpets and floors were ordinary and nothing in total gave the look of quality. To top it all, the room rent was so high - $215 per night. Very very disappointing. Breakfast not included too for this price. I was disappointed seeing other good reviews. Had someone given a genuine review like this, I wouldn't have opted for a costly accommodation with such poor quality.

Review 124：The only manner in which to describe the motel was "wet". In each hallway there were 1-2 dehumidifier working around the clock and the humidity was at 95%. The dehumidifiers, from observation, needed to be changed multiple times a day but were not. This resulted in the moisture remaining in the air and making everything damp to the touch. My comforter was damp. The sheets were damp and the smell of "wet" was apparent. On the second morning of my visit, I gave my towels to housekeeping and told them I did not want service, just clean towels. I did not recurve clean towels and was unable to shower until that night. I was told that they were backed up on laundry. Bottom line, wet room with no towels. Not a good combo.
