Review 1：We booked this hotel to get some sleep before a 2:30am flight from Niagara Falls Airport. We were not expecting much, but were pleasantly surprised. The room was clean and comfortable and I would not hesitate to stay here again pre or post flight.
Review 2：The heat was a little wacky. Toilet didn't work properly.
Review 3：The room was really nice looking. Very modern furniture and flat screen tv. Everything we wanted to do in Niagara was only a 10-20 min drive from the motel. Worth the money.
Review 4：Next room, couple arguing from 10 pm until 1:00 am and from 5:00 am until 7:30 when they finally left.... We want to complain before leaving but, nobody at reception (closed) and we dropped the key in a box
Review 5：Bathrooms had clear glass large windows, Bed sheets were dirty and had stains on them. Air conditioning was not working properly. Mattress was not at all comfortable. It is waste of money. It says Driftwood Suites but it is not suites it is actually Stay Inn Motel which is just cheating people.

Review 14：we were kept awake all night two nights in a row because of very loud people and we ask for money back on third night as we left because of ity and fact our room was never cleaned nor was we given fresh towels and things unless we went and got for ourselves from office

Review 23：They don't have breakfast. If you drink coffee etc there's no coffee maker. No cups for hot liquid available but had plastic cups. If you're there for more then one day you might wanna bring your own shampoo,conditioner and bar soap. We had no house cleaning.

Review 27：You could not check in until 3pm. The sign on the door said early check-in was available at an additional cost. We rang the bell around 2pm to find out more but no one came to the door so we went directly to the Falls.

Review 29：I made the reservation for 3 people. There were only a set of towels for 2. The location is 18 minutes from Niagara falls by car. I think I could had had a better place for the money! Flies in the room. The shower curtain was dirty! I didn't like the place at all!

This place is horrible I paid $414 for three night stays, owner has set up the time to check out as 10 am which is not good everywhere check out time is 11 am . My father gave him the keys at 9:45 and waiting for me to pick up I was in canada and got late only an hour due to immigration line. Owner text me that he will call police on your father because they have no lobby for people to wait and sit. Never go this place.

Review 33：10+ The owners were very clean!! Even watched him cleaning the door jambs! The Whirlpool Rm came w complimentary slippers, Clean towels, extra quilt for bedding, decor was retro red. The fridge was already on for US. Ice was available. Wonderful time, Super clean, quiet. Just Beautiful!! They deserve nothing less than a 10. Amazing stay. Will revisit!
Review 34：lock on door broke and we had to wait for main desk to come down and crawl thru window to take it apart so we could leave and said it was our fault that it came apart

Review 37：I stayed there Friday and Saturday night. My room was not cleaned Saturday, bed not made or trash emptied. There usually wasn't anyone in the office to help or assist with any questions. I couldn't find a Ice machine or snack/soda machine anywhere.
Review 38：Not much!! I payed with taxes $150 a night for a single room and have had better service, rooms and conditions at Motels costing less than half the cost. This motel was like going back to the 1970's or 1980's in functionally and service. I will never go back and I feel like I should get half of my money back for all the bad things about this Motel.
Review 39：No house cleaning when we checked in. Carpet stinked badly and had lots of spill may be from earlier customers. No breakfast was provided as promised and advertised online. Hotel manager claimed this came from the site Booking.com and that breakfast was never included in their list. Following day had to request for replacement of towels / napkins and house cleaning. However no one came for house cleaning. I was asked to carry the replacements of towels from stores to our room. wonder if this feedback is going to make any difference to Driftwood management

Review 49：We rented 3 bedroom townhouse that is brand new and was very clean. The owners were very helpful. Everything inside the house was completely new and they are working now on completing small fenced areas for backyard so you can do BBQ. The kitchen has coffee machine and stainless steel full size fridge and electric oven. There are no pots or pans or dishware provided, so if you plan to cook, bring your own. Location is 10 minutes by car from American Falls. Right next to the hotel (less than 2 min drive) there is large park with playground for Young kids.

Review 58：Friendly staff at the reception. When I checked in, it was a young man, very helpful and when I had been to check out, it was an old man. Both were really helpful and helped us with travel plan since we had been to Niagara falls for the first time.

But the fact that we all had the privacy of our own bedrooms was appreciated and what we needed most when traveling with adult children and their spouses/significant other. The fact that we all had the comfort of our personal privacy far outweighed the less than quality of the beds.
Review 75：3 Bedrooms and 3 Bathrooms. Everything brand new and clean. The kitchen and living area were exquisite. Very high quality appliances. I Would have liked them in my own home. The furnishings were very "Ikea" like and modern. Very clean, new and shiny.
Review 76：The decor looked like it came from a circus- green walls, red & pink furniture- nothing from this century. We asked for another room & they switched us to the newer section but it was cramped and basic. No coffee maker or blow dryer which are pretty standard features for a room that has a fridge and microwave. There was at least a 1/4 inch gap that you could see outside from under the AC/ heating unti blowing cold sir into the room. Plumbing not working properly. Definitely not worth the money. They weren't able to credit us anything since we booked through booking.com. We will not be back again.

The shower curtain had mold and mildew growing on it. No exhaust fan in this very dated bathroom where the tub and sink and so forth were the old style pink. No ice machine. I believe you're probably given a room according to how much you pay. We had to have had the worst room possible. Drywall have been patched but not painted. No alarm clock or radio as stated in the ad. Were only permitted one key and the sitting area with a table was so small you were lucky if you could get two people At the table. Very skimpy on the towels. 2 bath towels to wash clothes and a towel for the floor. No hand towel. bath towel was so small you are lucky if you could dry your entire body. Very disappointed in this place.

I was up half the night listening to the neighbors baby screaming.The bed was like air mattress, the sheets were cute though. The couch and chairs were so low i might as well been sitting on the floor. The door handle to the room was loose/falling off. The room should be 30 bucks a night...not 65.

We checked out in the morning thinking that we would continue on our trip in the evening but ended up spending the day in Niagara Falls. We returned to the hotel at 11:30 P.M. There were not enough towels in the room, mold on shower curtain, only one roll of tissue in the room, not your regular queen side bed like other hotels. Place really need a lot of upgrades.

Review 122：Everything was outdated. Lobby was a mess. We stayed for 2 days. They didn't clean our room, just brought us 2 towels and shut our a/c off. We had to come back to a room that felt like a heater. All the pictures are lies. I don't think its the owner posting false pictures tho. While we was in the lobby a young guy, looked to be the owners son or grandson was posting false pictures and false reviews, through a headset so we heard everything and seen everything!!! Smelled like my grandmas house

After following the directions on the locked office door, we honked our horn and called the mobile number on the sign and nothing happened. After 30 minutes, a woman met us at the door and gave us a key. The first room we had was tiny and the door wouldn't lock. After we complained and got a different room, we dropped off our stuff and headed to the falls. That night when we came back, we heard footsteps and water Turning off and on, over and over and over under 4 in the AM. It had to have been someone working on the property directly above us. It was among the worst night stays we ever had. I would not recommend this place to others.
