Review 1：Distance form the beach and town centre (and restaurants) is just too far. Located in a rather uninspiring residential area.

The hotel does not have a restaurant nor is there a restaurant nearby and having a refrigerator would allow guests to purchase lunch items i.e.ham slices/, cheese in town to make sandwiches and then venture into town for dinner.

Review 8：The excellent customer service by Tania who is very professional, very helpful and organized massage services upon requests, answered all my questions per email prior to my arrival to the cottage. She managed the front office and prepared our breakfasts, she gave tour of other rooms in hotel and recommended restaurants and made dinner reservations for us. The rooms were very nice, clean, modern, comfortable, quiet and wifi was free. The made service was also very professional. Loved the cute kitties as they were so lovely....Very nice place to stay and I will return in Springtime. Wishing Family Duinhof Tania and staff a very Happy New Year>

Breakfasts were first class, buffet style with everything you could wish for including any type of cooked egg you wished for - made a lovely change from big English fried breakfasts.
