Review 1：The room wasn't clean enough, they had no quilt (I requested but they said they don't have one), no tissue in room, slow Wi-Fi connection

Review 3：Pillows on the bed are really uncomfortable for the ones who prefer low and soft pillows like me. I was unable to sleep whole night because of the very high and stony pillows. When I asked to reception for softer ones, the answer was that they do not have available any.

Review 5：Two of the rooms we got were really dirty. After our demand, they made a cleaning. But it was again a superficial cleaning. The staff was very helpful, but unexperienced in many ways.

Review 19：staff dealing isn't good . when i reached to the hotel from first night , i called reception to ask them to provid electrical adaptor for my mobile's charger and they said okey we will give , then i waited for more than one hour and no one response me although they said they will give . in the next day, i called again to ask about the same thing for electrical adaptor and i called reception and he was in hurry to finish my call when i was explaining that i want adaptor then they didn't give also ..then i went by myself to the reception place in the ground floor to insist for my request and their dealing was serious and not kind . then they said you can charge the mobile in the restaurtant and we don't have adaptor . 5 star hotel and they can't provid adaptor ?? they really was so careless . and wifi signal was terrible .

Review 21：Anemon was't aware of my reservation. My name didn't come up in their system. I had to forward your confirmation email to them to prove my reservation.. if there wasn't any available room at that moment that would be very bad

Review 22：The food was very poor quality, despite picking from the a la cartemenu. Tried to be too european. Chicken tasted like it was cooked withfish. Staff could not locate city maps, said not safe to walk to centre,and recommended expensive taxi when the local Dolmus was available for 2Lire. Checking out took over 20 minutes despite no queue.
