Review 1：The whole motel issues
Review 2：It took three rooms to get a room that had no cockroaches 3" long or that didn't have black k garbage bags on the windows were they were broke.they gave us a hadicape room at the final one .I had stayed with the old man that had it before three years before.I reserved the room on the web sight.I ask them to to payied for 7 nights when I checked in.plus 25 or 30 deposit.and 15 for the room I finally got.be because of the price they only would charge the same price was on the web site.so I paid for the first payments with my card and the 15 upcharged was cash.so oncE we were there we stayed and bought food put it In the refreg.four d that it pop the breaker every time plunged in.lost all the food.then we ask for the manager was told not there be back later .every day ask for him. Never came out.ask for towels or room sevice .was told I will see if she is around later.one towel no service to. Clean.bedbugs got all thru our clothes found the after left.manager came out when we were leaving and called me and my wife trash and wife was a hooker.took 90 dollars for last night after the week.so I we t and reported them to the city of chandler complaint is in my name.I will get my card statements for you and the one recieght for 75 for cash.also backed up after the first night with it on these revrvaction for balance of nights .with votes under special reqwests.please help
Review 3：the room was ok as far as clean when we arrived. we had to ask for pillow cases for the pillows. then the first day we had no maid service. so the second day we asked if they could please get us new towels for the bathroom. we came back late and had to go wake someone up at the desk to get us towels because no one had been to our room. I expect when I am paying to stay at a hotel that they will at least vacuum the floors and remove the trash and give us fresh towels every day. I will not be staying at this place again. the room also had a mucky smell had to get some air freshener to be able to breath.
Review 4：the location was close to the activities we went for.
Review 5：The bathroom was not fully cleaned. Nothing extra--not even soap, washcloth or a hand towel. I had to put the TP on the roll myself. A "cheap" motel.
Review 6：Took 25 mins to check,in even though I booked online, I had to fix copy machine for desk clerk. Room was dirty, person was living in that room and left rotting milk, yogurt and many boxes of cereal and personal belongings. It smelled VERY bad...in fact I ended up staying at a friends hotel... What a waste of money that place was a major dump. Oh and the housekeeper was drunk...

Review 8：Worst hotel experience ever. Leftover food bag and dirty sock on the table as we entered. Empty beer can under the bed and other dirty sock in the trash. No shampoo or conditioner, only soap. Ring in the toilet and a hair in the tub. Pillows have no cases, making you wonder if they are ever washed. Microwave smelled like something was burnt inside. Was awoken at 9am to sawing, drilling and constant hammering, it seemed right on our room. When I told the front office I would not be leaving a good review, she brought up another about dirty underwear found. She said it was always like that. She stated if she didn't need the job so bad, she wouldn't be working there herself.

Review 16：The maids forgot me for 3 days. How is this possible? Had to empty myown trash. Re-use towels. Maids saw me leave the room, but never oncecleaned it. They advertise Wifi with the room. There was no wifi inmy room. None. Had to use my 4g. This hotel sets the bar as low asany I've seen. Spend a few more bucks for a reputable hotel, thisone is a dud.
Review 17：There is nothing to like here. The price is not worth the utterinattention to customer service. One of the worst hotels I havestayed at.
Review 18：TV remote did not work so had no good channels to watch. Everytime I took a shower, water appeared on the kitchen floor. Room desparately needed painting and the rug wasn't as clean as it should be. I found a french fry on the floor. No one came to clean/change sheets or provide clean towels until my 4th day of a 5 day stay.
Review 19：It was very quiet which I appreciated. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was clean.
Review 20：We had a reservation. When we arrived, we were told they had noavailability. I said we have a reservation and the night manager said sowhat, we sold your room to a higher paying customer. If that's notbad enough, she threw off the property and had a piss poor attitude thewhole time.
