Review 1：I made the reservation for a wrong day (the day before) and they were very comprehensible and they didn't charge me for my mistake. The room is good, everything nice!! Tks!
Review 2：No heat. Floor not clean, very noisy. People talking loud outside of rooms. Kids yelling running around and bouncing basketballs during evening hours. We drove all day. We were tired. Area didn't lot to offer. Only could go in driveway from one direction.

Like 10 people living in one room this place was straight hood and disgusting. I would have rather slept in my car. Oh and they never fixed my bed so I had to use a book under the leg to keep it level sad to say all I had was the bible. DON'T STAY HERE

Review 10：The room was nothing like the picture on your website. The bed was terribly uncomfortable, the room had molds and was smelled very musty. The condition were so horrifying I had to check out early. Also, the place was so ancient I'm not sure is a safe environment for anyone!!!

Review 14：My number one complaint is not with the motel(although it's nothing to right home about) but with the loud obnoxis guest that came into the room next to us at 11:30PM. Beating,framing,running and loud until 2:30 AM.
Review 15：The room was old but fairly descent, clean enough but short on towels and wash cloths (2 each). It's close to Busch Gardens but located on the main drag and not in the best part of town. The staff I meet were very friendly.

There was a dog print and stain on the cover. There was a gummy that stuck to my shoe (not my kids) the drain was pulled and placed on its side in the tub, carpet was ripped, was horrible!

Review 33：Sadly, the quality of this red Roof Inn was a surprising disappoint. The establish is old and out of date. It needs a total refurbishing inside and out. The smell of mold was heavy in the room, the mattress, needs replaced as does the lighting and bathroom fixtures. I have never encountered these conditions at other Red Roof Inns where I have stayed.

Review 39：My husbandad and myself checked in at the Red Roof located in Tampa. When we went to our room we found it to be very disgusting. The carpet in the room was filthy. The bedding was stained. And the dresser looked as though termites had been eating it. Just absolutely disgusting. We this hotel because of the conditions. !

Upon arrivalto room, Immediately called front desk to inform of missing items. Atthat time was informed that room that was rented was not one of the(can't remember the exact name the rooms w/ fridgeµwave) "Superior" rooms and that she had no rooms inwhich to switch me into. Though there were many rooms open and werestill open the next morning. I could not understand why we could not bemoved into another room and let the last guests to check-in have theroom without microwave and fridge! The attendant did however give us astyrofoam cooler that had a hole in it and no top to try to keep thechicken and milk cool.THEN THERE WAS THE INCIDENTS WITH THE POOL AND UNSUPERVISED CHILDREN! After the trackmeet the children wanted to go to the pool. We walked down and around to the UNLOCKED POOL AREA. Though the door was clearly marked GUESTS ONLY, ANOTHER GUEST (from Texas) THAT HAD BEEN THERE FOR A WEEK PRIOR (that had also stated had MacDill NOT been full--He would NOT have been there. Children were already in the pool horsing around--jumping off the sides, diving of the top of the pool stairs, playing with the life raft and water hose spraying and wetting up the MY children. THOUGH I KEPT STRESSING THAT THEY COULD NOT GET THEIR HEADS WET. They WERE NOT LISTENING! I REMOVED MY CHILDREN FROM THE POOL AREA THAT THESE CHILDREN WERE UTILIZING. I had to call the Head Track Coach to come help me. Upon his arrival the children preceded to leave the pool AND HOTEL ALL TOGETHER! The children then were allowed to return in. As fast as they left the UNRULY CHILDREN RETURNED. The police had been called previously on these antics. But there was no one there upon their arrival. So the hotel staff WAS HESISTANT to call them again. The Armed Forces guest from Texas was there this time.

We were moved to another room that didn't smell as bad but the carpet looked dirty and the bathroom had hair as if it was cleaned very poorly. I was ver disgusted with the room. Also disappointed that the pictures online looked like the rooms had be remodeled but really it was just a case of false advertisement!
