Review 1：The tub when showering had the worst screachy noise we were on the 3rd floor so it was a lil scary to shower it felt like we were going to go down

Review 2：the price was perfect! The beds were big and they brought a roll away bed for my 2 year old!

Review 9：I really liked the lady that checked us in. We were a late check in and she was very nice and efficient. I also like that there was a place to potty the dogs and that it seem that the guests were cleaning up after their dogs.

Review 10：Room was clean but very basic; light fixtures with no covers; very plain room. Breakfast was very basic; no fruit, no eggs, no danishes. They did have waffles which you could only have one and cereal and yogurt. Coffee was very watery and weak. I think I would stay at Hardeman House next time

Review 12：Make the laundry room 24/7 and the laundry soap complementary. I couldn't do laundry because it closed in a half an hour and wouldn't open til I left the hotel.

Review 13：It's not a fancy property, but it is in a good location in Carson City, and the room was clean and in very good shape. The staff was also very friendly. Overall, great value!

Review 14：I didn't like the breakfast. It was limited to what they had. There was no fruit or pastries, just waffles and english muffins. There was no sugar free syrup or jelly and no peanut butter.

Review 18：The room was a mess. It was as though they were going to upgrade but didn't. Holes in bathroom wall filled and left. Curtains wrinkled and old. Shower curtain old and wrinkled. No glass plate in the microwave. The door was dirty and needed paint. Ugh! Very small TV. We were not in the main building. We will never stay there again and will definitely tell everyone we know not to stay there also. Also not happy that I couldn't get a discount for aarp or aaa.

Review 20：I booked it online and then we got there cause it was the only hotel open with rooms from fernely, NV to Reno. We drove from Reno to Carson at 1030pm to get the room. And the front desk so nice that we where not told about a cash deposit so we did have to pay it cause we didn't have enough cash on us. Cause we where not told online about it. So yes she helped us out so much just cause we drove for far just to get a room for one night. So if she didn't do that we. Would have drove there for no reason and a waste of time. But she helped us out so so much. I tell everyone about this hotel to go stay if driving though or just to get away from home. But I would definitely go back Everytime cause they helped out so much. When they could of turned us away. But no they helped us out more than though know.

Review 22：I appreciated that they let us check out later than the normal 11 AM. I had a meeting that wasn't going to be finished until 12 or so and they let us check out then so I could change clothes.

Review 24：It was surprisingly roomy. It was older but there was a pride in being a mom and pop independent. Bright roomy breakfast room.

Review 25：It was very dirty and outdated. My kids walked on the carpet and their feet turned black on the bottom. The room smelled bad we had to buy and candle and light it. The breakfast was terrible, the guy serving wasn't approachable at all.

Review 41：How did my score get to 4.2? I would rate this hotel a zero. Refrigerator was not plugged in, facility was grimy not just dirty, the clock radio didn't work, and the TV wasn't working. There were ants in the room. The staff did come in and fix TV and radio but my husband had already fixed the fridge. Hair dryer didn't work and had to call staff to replace it. I wanted to check out after first night but was told due to their 48 hour in advance cancellation policy I would be charged for 2nd night. So how could I have known these conditions 48 hours in advance? Staff was surly and rude. UGH.

Review 43：We did not receive information on the Breakfast schedule. The staff should tell visitors the breakfast time if they have an tight schedule. The usual time goes from 7 to 10 am specially Sundays.

Review 44：The continental breakfast was a joke, there weren't very many choices, and the one day we did participate, when I was going to dish up some waffles a male staff member physically took the tongs out of my hands and dished my plate for me (way more than i could eat and very soggy waffles) and shooed me away, it was our first morning there. I never went back I was very put off by it.

Review 48：The bed my wife used, nearest the bathroom, was like concrete. Her ribs and hips ached the next day because it was so hard. Bedding very poor, old and ugly, the pillows were not good, the bedspread was newish and okay. The other bed was more comfortable but she didn't find that out until she got in my bed in the morning, that one was better. But too late for her to get a good night's sleep. Beds should be medium firm but cushy on top. The toilet ran all the time, someone came to look at it before bedtime but nothing done about it. Hope you don't have a water meter!

Review 54：I booked a suite expecting to have use of a kitchenette. The microwave and refrigerator were fine, but there were no dishes, silverware, pans, paper towels, etc that you expect to find. One staff member told me there is a Nevada state law against it (which I doubt) and the other said people used to steal the items, so they stopped providing them. Very disappointed.

Review 58：This particular stay we had issue with old tv. We had to keep physically putting ch back to 3 from the tv itself in order to use cable. Also one lamp did not work due to broken light switch and the lights above the sink stopped working on our last day. We did notify front desk at check out.

Review 59：This is our 3rd time of staying at the Carson Plaza and each time we have had a great stay. The staff is very nice and accommodating. Also the breakfast is nice.

Review 60：Being by the Conference center. The first night the noise was extreme until midnight. We are early to bed people. Could not get to sleep until after midnight. Would not want to stay in that section again.

Thst is when the staff informed us he was the owner. He was very kind, humble and gave us all sorts of info on carson city. It was great.

Saturday, however the cleaning girl was fabulous!!!! Room was spotless and everything was done!!!!!
