Review 1:The air conditioning didn't work in our room, the beds are old and need to be updated, the water didn't drain in bathtub needs renovations

Review 2:Pool and hot tub are awesome

Review 3:Fantastic staff. Always difficult to find a hotel that allows large dogs, much less an upscale one. Comfortable room and excellent room service. Thumbs up for sure.

Review 4:Room 629 - Toilet tank would not always re-fill after a flush, toilet water tank was covered in mold. Pillows were small and flat. Only one coffee packet in the room. TV picture was defective, had a large line down the left side of picture.

Review 5:Location, breakfast

Review 6:The mattress on one of our beds sunk in the middle. Rooms not as spacious as at other hotels on our trip, but not bad. Chose to use disposable cups at breakfast because not sure the dishwasher was working well.

Review 7:2nd time staying here. You can walk to the MSU campus or the downtown. Very polite and helpful staff. Ample breakfast buffet included. Overall, would stay here again.

Review 13:Staff was friendly and accomodating! Good price. The breakfast buffet was very good.

Review 14:didn't have an event shuttle which would be nice in winter. Part of the front desk staff were a little indifferent.

Review 15:Vey nice room, great breakfast. Actually was within walking distance of BOK Center as advertised (have been to several other hotels (different events) that were not even tho they advertised they were). Hope to go back next year.

Review 16:No mini fridge. Would have been nice to be able to have snacks late @ night. We were on the top floor and was still noisy from the people at the bar.

Review 48:Location and facilities

Review 49:There was a hotel fire during my stay - although it wasn't serious and all was well in the end, it did cause me a little concern...(!).

Review 50:The atrium space creates a nice big social space for people to meet and chat and it's big enough for you to have some private time too.

Review 51:Don't like the access to coffee in the room. I'm a coffee drinker and hate those new coffee makers

Review 52:The hot breakfast was appreciated. The coffee was very good.

Review 53:Stayed in room 801. One bedside light did not work. The other behaved as if there was a electrical short in its power cord. It would turn off and on depending on where you sat on the bed.

Review 54:All in all, the stay was ok.

Review 55:Hote shows "long in the teeth"room poorly cleaned. . Actual spider webs on lama tile grout discolored . Carpets worn . Sorry but true I . Have stayed there. 20 years or more but not sure I will again.

Review 56:I found it a little upsetting that the outdoor pool was out ofcommission during my stay, also the hours of the pool and spa itselfwere not satisfactory, for paying almost $200 a night I felt like thehours could have been not only properly posted to know when it closesbut also later hours to allow a more relaxing evening to wind down.

Review 57:The room was very clean. The bed was very comfortable. Also the separatevanity to accommodate both my significant other and myself more room toget ready together was nice.

Review 58:The bed needed to be replaced. The mattress sunk in the middle. Thetoilet leaked and the sink was very slow in draining. The pillows wereextremely small and the room was not fresh. Seemed stale as if it hadnot been cleaned well or not been used in quite some time.

Review 59:Location was great! In Springfield for a graduation. Staff was friendlyand accommodating. The complimentary breakfast was fair. Good varietybut most things were substitutes. Egg substitutes, frozen fruit, instantgravy. Plenty of food, staff walking around and pleasant surroundings.

Review 60:We had some issues with the reservation and you had a young lady at the front desk on Saturday morning who was amazing. She made us feel very comfortable. Can't thank her enough. I wish I could tell you get name.

Review 61:The hotel is more than worth the cost. The shuttle will take visitors anywhere and pick them up. That is rare in today's market. The hot breakfast is excellent.

Review 62:No Kleenex/tissues in room. Prefer a mini fridge in room but not abig priority on this trip.

Review 63:Nice accommodations with local art featured in lobby and common areas.Close to campus and downtown. Large nicely furnished rooms. Very goodfree breakfast. Free parking. Review 69:Upgraded to suite due to nonavailability of room requested but smelled like a old smoking room.

Review 70:We wanted to stay one more night and the staff would only let us stay if we payed at a much higher rate. Not the kind of service I expected.
