Review 1：This is a run down property it look decent from the out side but the rooms are in dire need of renovation and the beds are very uncomfortable. The parking lot is full of holes that are impossible to miss.

Review 10：The first 2 rooms they gave us smelled of smoke even though we requested non-smoking. The exterior of the place is in need of maintenance-broken concrete, rusting paint. The breakfast selection is poor. two story w/ no elevator

Review 14：Parking was insufficient. Breakfast was less than expected. For example, one salt and pepper shaker. No jelly or jam for biskets if you did not want gravy. These are inexpensive items and would add to breakfast pleasure.

Review 26：Steps up to room uneven, house cleaner didn't clean very good on our 2nd day, and apparently there was a water pipe broke and our new Buick was sitting in a foot of red clay dirt and water, the manager was very nice but was difficult to get car out and not get that clay on the inside when you step in, the manager assisted the best she couldn't, it was just upsetting.
