Review 1:Shuttle was small and couldn't take all who were waiting, so had to make couple of trips. It wasn't available until after dropping people off at the cruise ship dock in the morning, so had to wait a fair bit of time for it.

Review 2:Close to where I wanted to be, good choices for breakfast, shuttle was available.

Review 3:The shower had no pressure and our room was extremely musky smelling. Had a minor issue with someone's dirty clothes being left in the room, but staff was very apologetic and took care of it.

Review 9:Hotel is not a very nice hotel, similar to a motel 6 type of hotel. Pics on the computer are deceiving to the quality of this hotel. Once we arrived to the hotel your hotel did not have our reservation. Conflict between hotel and booking.com. Hotel was booked and therefore room that we were given was a room that was set aside for Mr. Patel, the hotel owner.

Review 10:Shuttle service was great. Online it stated you had service to the airport as well as the ship terminal and it was included under the terms FREE...the airport shuttle was free, the ship terminal we had to pay. I did not like finding out once I was there at the hotel that the shuttle to the ship terminal was not free.

Review 11:Room itself was very, very tired. May as well have been a smoking room as it was more than ready for a facelift. Nothing but fast food takeouts in walking distance.

Review 12:Easy run to the airport, but we weren't returning in rush hour. Arrival at the hotel was a different story, traffic was horrendous, but it was late Friday afternoon.

Review 13:We had the only door in the hotel that was not refinished. Paint chipping off and no number on the door. Room smelled like stale smoke even though it was non smoking.

Review 18:The convenience and comfort was really good. Near to restaurants. A good hot breakfast was included. Not a luxurious place but just everything we needed.

Review 19:Room was a little dated, the bathroom had a bit of an odor kind of like a body odor smell. Comforter had a stain on it so not sure when it was washed last. Parking was a little challenging with limited parking spaces.

Review 34:Room a bit dated and little dingy for 90.00 a night. Main disappointment was we had no water in morning to take shower or brush teeth. Just enough to flush toilet. Went to friendly desk person refunded ten dollars... the matinence man was outside picking mangos with the owners. My husband went to talk to them and they said water was turns off for repairs. Ok so you don't inform any of your guest they won't have water for two or more hours ? Not a call or anything .

Review 37:The room was cool and quiet. The bed was very comfortable. Lots of good towels; lots of pillows. We had plans to meet friends for breakfast, so we did not have the breakfast here, which is provided, but we did use the coffee machine in the room - the coffee was quite good. The room also came equipped with a small microwave and a refrigerator.

Review 38:My wife and I drove for 3 hours due to traffic and arrived with an hour to clean up and get dressed for a wedding that was very important to us. After waiting in line 30 minutes, I presented my confirmed reservation and was told we were one of 13 that were turned away and that they were booked for the night. We were then told to call the booking.com line and they would find us accommodations elsewhere. A gentleman who had already checked in came to us and offered to give us his room. We checked in and were billed $45 higher for the room. Booking said the hotel would send the money back but never did.

Review 39:Room was straight on to the car Park. Breakfast was just about OK, better going somewhere else. The room was old looking and tired.

Review 40:The bed was very comfortable. The room was clean. Staff friendly and welcomeing. Pick up from the Airport was handy, so was the lift to the port. restaurant next door was good for our evening Meal.

Review 41:It took 2 and a half hours to find the place after we got to Tampa, because nobody at the hotel could give us directions when we called them. It was very frustrating!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Staff should have a city map and be taught how to give directions. Also some staff was hard to understand their English was not good. It is a sketchy neighborhood and you drive up to room door so there is some security issues. There was only one ice machine for the entire place!! the breakfast area was very small, not enough tables and chairs.

Review 52:$14 each for a hotel to ship transfer is steep .. taxi is only $20. Although they say they have an hourly shuttle service that's not really true. If the shuttle is booked to go to the airport at 9am and 10 am then you have to go at 7am or 11am to the cruise terminal.

Review 56:Exterior corridors are dark and unattractive - we were relieved to find that the room was nice. AND charging $12 to folks who want to turn in a rental car at the airport and then return to the hotel is NOT "free airport shuttle service"!

Review 73:Chose this hotel because the website said it was close to airport and had free shuttle starting at 6AM which would have gotten my Grandson to Airport in time for early flight and I wouldn't have to drive him to terminal. After arriving, was told the shuttle didn't leave til 7AM but time was not changed on Website, so I had to drive him myself. Don't know much about Tampa, so wasn't happy about finding way there, but other than that Hotel was fine.

Review 79:I first would like to say that the girl behind the front desk with tatsand brown hair shes about 5'3 and is the rudest disrespectfulindividual I have ever encountered as a front office person in a hotel.When I first arrived my the front desk continued to push that they havea shuttle service that will take you to the tampa bay convention centereach day is $8 each way and a two day event would cost in total $32dollars, she assured me this is a normal thing and having a reliableride would not be a problem. This so called service was terrible notonly did I get swindled into buying this package, after two of us gotleft at the convention center 2 days in a row after calling and waitingfor this shuttle to come pick us up never showed up. 2 hours later a oldman who works as the hotels handy man according to him, the hotel"has him running all over the place, and is the only guy" todrive people to and from the airport and also to and from the tampa bayconvention center...this was a terrible experience and when weapproached the front counter to ask about a refund she rudely raised hervoice and said that no refund would be available that she is the"manager" and that there is no one else we can talk to aboutthe matter. Lastly, my room smelled like mold besides that and the acunit in the wall I had a rough night sleeping and terrible time usingthe internet that is very weak in the building. Not impressed at all andwould not recommend this particular place to any traveler.

Review 82:Our guest service agent Danielle was so nice!! She gave great advise and printed out a direction to Channelside. Perfect! The Breakfast was the best we had on our journey through south florida so far, especially the waffles, joghurt and fruit!

Review 83:The young lady who checked us in was delightful and very welcoming. Based on the rate, we were!'t expecting anything fancy but we also weren't expecting the room to have such a medicinal odor. What really got to me is that the hair dryer cut off after using it for about 60 seconds. Apparently that's all it took to overheat. After 8-10 minutes it would come back on and then cut off again. A new hair dryer is an easy and inexpensive fix to this problem. We were late to our dinner because it took so long to dry my hair.

Review 84:They said it wasn't smoking even made me a sign a paper saying if I smoke in the room I will be charged, we got in there and it smelled like someone literally just smoked inside.. The bathroom wasn't as clean as it should..

Review 86:The room with taxes were $80.00 and I expected a room that was not dirty chairs. Burn marks on furniture. Bed had hair inside sheets. The lamp was crooked on the wall and it had a funny smell in the room. The lady at the desk called to see how I liked the room and after looking around I phoned her right back to change the room. It was late and I had been working all day. Needed to get to bed and eat dinner but had to forgo the dinner because of the time it took to get settled and walking back and forth with my baggage to the office. I would not suggest that place for the money I paid... Hampton Lakeland the night after was $10.00 more and was completely better and much newer, cleaner. Friendly staff.

Review 88:I was pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness of the hotel. We got the king room which was spacious enough for me my husband and baby. The location was excellent as we searched for apartments to rent near the university of tampa where we would be attending shortly and finally the staff was pleasant enough and helpful and I did not feel unsafe.
