Review 1：Very clean, convenient, and friendly staff happy to give tips about the area's various restaurants and tourist attractions. Near some restaurants which is nice after a long day. Not a luxury hotel but clean and simple.
Review 2：The room did not have the heater working. It was working a bit only in the bathroom. The room was freezing cold. Also, the bed was not good at all. Something kept biting us. It was a nightmare. Not hygienic at all. I don't think they wash the bed sheets! :(

Review 9：TV was inoperable, old style tube with poor reception, remote control did not work at all, room was very cold however staff did give me a portable heater. I must give credit to the house keeping lady who had all of her supplies in a grocery cart was nice. All the motels are too expensive for what you receive in the area. Niagara Falls Motels are price gouging customers during the warn weather months and it's a shame. I can go many other places and pay the same amount for a HOTEL with breakfast for the amount I pay for a MOTEL in Niagara Falls.

Review 35：The corner room 19 was very quiet. The room was cozy and comfortable and it was close and in the middle of every where i needed to go..the trolley ride and stops were close and easy. Staff very nice.

In the other room we rented the airconditioner was not cold enough and the room was near the highway. The pool is in the middle of the parking lot and very visible to the highway. They also didn't offer breakfast and the wifi didn't work in our room or we have trouble connecting to it. The price is also very steep for a shabby motel

Review 44：The hotel provides free passes for a shuttle bus to the falls, which stops right in front of the hotel and takes you there in half an hour. Staff was good, helpful and friendly. Swimming pool looked nice and clean but we didn't get a chance to check it out as we were there for only one day.
Review 45：The neighbor next to us was extremely loud until almost 3 am and there was no one in the offices to even complain to about getting them to stop. The channels on the tv offered nothing for children. The shower nobs were hanging off the wall and were barely attached. Could not use the air conditioner since it sounded like it was going to blow up and did not want to risk it incase it caught on fire.

The owners, Eva and Mario,went out of their way to make my experience in Niagara Falls the most pleasurable, while spending time in my room, and the least difficult to get around town for my daily appointments. Review 66：We had 2 rooms- one with a queen and one with 2 queens. The one with 2 queens was good sized with no problems. Ours with one queen had VERY small bathroom and only 3 outlets in entire room. One outlet was behind dresser for the tv (they took out the drawers of the dresser because they would open into the bed), one was for the fridge and microwave, one was for AC with the top of it available. That got used for my husbands CPAP at night so we had to charge phones in car. Pillows were very flat.
Review 67：Had 2 teens with us and they enjoyed the pool after we came back at night. Bed was somewhat comfortable.
Review 68：Place is a dump. And I mean a dump. And dirty. Slightly larger than a jail cell. Can hear everything on either side of you, as well as outside, all the time. Might as well have been no walls at all. Did I mention it was dirty and dingy? I slept on top of the covers with a blanket I keep in my trunk for a pillow.

No breakfast, but it is a good value for visiting the Niagra Falls area. You can leave your car at the motel and take the shuttle to the park.

Since I called on Sunday, my clothes had already been donated. However, the lady at the reception went out of her way to run back to the church and ask them to return whatever hadn't already been claimed. They also helped me put what they could find in a USPS box and send it back to me in CA. I was very very touched by the hospitality! Additionally this place is fantastic value for value, especially at the peak season.

Review 85：As I walked in the office I was please with the clean scent and smile from behind the counter. When I asked a few questions about the town I got short answers so they were of no help. Once in the room, it reeked of bleach..which well, it could have been worse. The bed was typical. I always pack extra blankets so we don't use theirs at all. The bathroom...well let's say that rest stops have bigger stalls than the bathroom in this place!! The shower was like a campsite shower and grossed me out. We were only in the room 10 hours so I got over the issues but this place needs an upgrade for sure. I would stay there again based on the price but I haven't recommended it to friends :)

Very close, but out of the chaos of thetourist attractions. A short drive of about 5-6 miles down the road isNiagara State Park. Although we didn't use it, there is also ashuttle bus pick up right across the street from the Motel that takesyou down to the park for free if you get the pass from Eva. Also withinwalking distance to a grocery store, gas stations, and restaurants.These people, including cleaning staff, went out of their way to makeour stay wonderful!!! Highly recommended if your not looking foranything too fancy but clean and reasonably priced!
