Review 1：If I want a decent rate I had to shop booking web sites, it was extremely high when calling the hotel direct to book.

Review 2：I really like that there was a refridgerator and microwave in the room. It seems so dumb but it is very rare to find those anymore in hotel rooms. Breakfast was amazing!!

Review 3：We had basically turned off the heater and there was still a noise that was quite audible all night. Neither my wife or I could sleep all that well. The extra sink, which we like, has a faucet that is very loosely attached.

Review 7：We had a room apparently under the stairs and we heard people stomping up and down the stairs up until about 11 pm and it started again at about 6. When checking out, I informed the girl at the front desk and she just said, "I'm sorry I hope the rest of your day is better!" Doesn't really have anything to do with MY day, has more to do with maybe they should notify a supervisor or maintenance and check it out for themselves? Log it in on a computer? Act like you really give a darn? Maybe they need to add some insulation to soundproof that wall or ceiling so it won't be an issue in the future! I just don't think the response she gave was appropriate. And we will not stay there in the future due to the staff indifference.

Review 8：Clean and comfy. Walking distance to a couple places to eat. The breakfast was better than expected with several hot items, fresh fruit, more than I have seen at any other hotel.

Review 30：Tina Cordova was heaven sent. From even before our arrival she was looking after us. She made sure we arrived safely and made sure that we had all our necessities at hand. Tina is the mold that should be used when it comes to making the extraordinary employees with execeptional professionalism and customer service. She is a great representation for Best Western. Not leaving the rest of the staff behind. Everyone was wonderful. Everything from the hospitality to the amenities to the breakfast was exceptional! There was not one thing I didn't enjoy.

Review 31：Only disappointment was the housekeeping. While the room was cleaned each day during our stay - towels, hand (bar) soap, and drinking cups were not restocked. Had to go to the front desk to ask for additional.

Review 32：Comfort of the room and availability of microwave and a small fridge that actually worked! Location was very good, easy to find attractions and restaurants. Easy access to freeway. Rooms very quiet - never heard any hallway or other guest room noise.

There were a few couples, including myself, with younger kids and it was hard for the kids to swim. There was no adult supervision at all. Not the hotel's fault. Also, the fitness area was being renovated.

Review 69：I was very disappointed in the pool. It was quite a bit smaller than i was expecting from the photos I'd seen. It was also overrun with children who were not supervised well. There were also some very large floaty toys. At one point, even though it was so hot, it was not water i wanted to get into. The small children should be made to wear swim diapers.

The staff were very efficient and very friendly, especially Jacob. They put us in two adjoining rooms, one a King Suite and one a double Queen. The rooms were very clean and the beds and sofas very comfortable. We enjoyed a dip in the pool and tried the bubbly spa. It felt great after a day's hike! The buffet breakfast the next day was very satisfying. The best thing was, the rates were reasonable and provided best value for your money!
