Review 1：This last trip the room was not as clean as normal.
Review 2：The location is perfect, the staff is nice and polite. And the hotel for its age is nice and very quiet and comdortable.
Review 3：Limited parking. And no amenities except soap.
Review 4：WIFI and TV work good. Also like that some of the windows open. A/C is ok and the ceiling fan is a plus.
Review 5：Let's see. Brown water. Non-working shower, poor TV reception, built up black gunk in sink faucet. Very unsanitary to say the least.

Review 8：The location,staff,facilites. Even tho it was a tad outdated, I still feel like I was able to get away from normal everyday life. I felt like I was home again enjoying my past.
Review 9：It had a horrible smell to it. I just kept spraying Lysol but it never fully went away. Seems when you leave air conditioners off in buildings in Florida, that's the smell you end up with. When I came back after my visit the air had been on but it was not cool enough and I had to turn the temperature down to 70 for it to actually work. I think that was because it was in the back of the room in the section near the bathroom and not out where the bedroom was! The parking lot seemed a bit cramped, too.
Review 10：It was very old but it was clean. The people that ran the place were friendly. It was quiet. Made me go back in time and think that at one time my grandparents could have stayed here and it would have been considered very nice.

Review 15：The smell permeated all of my clothing, bags and everything that I brought in the room. The bedding and towels were coarse, thin, smelled like smoke and were not comfortable. The brick building held in heat and the window a/c was not efficient enough. We had to buy a box fan for our short stay.

Review 17：The room was absolutely stifling on entry as the air con unit, situated by the bathroom had not been left on. As the temperature outside was in the 90's this made for an uncomfortable night.When the unit was turned on it was far too noisy to sleep with. The towels were very small, barely adequate for a shower and very poor quality and there was no hair hairdryer in the unit.
Review 18：We required a motel for an overnight stop as we were travelling from Orlando to Marco Island on the Gulf Coast after a long flight from the UK. The situation of this motel was ideal as it was out of the Orlando tourist area and en route to Marco Island. The room was adequately furnished.

Review 73：The room was well over 90 degrees when we go there. Took 4 hours for it to cool off with the AC and fan going. A huge ball of hair was laying on the floor between the beds. The bathroom was not even clean enough to feel comfortable taking a shower. All we wanted to do was watch the game that evening after a long day at Legoland and the tv was took small to see. We couldn't wait to leave.

Since I left really early in the morning I left the keysin the room because I couldn't find a drop box and I didn't wantto disturb the manager who clearly lived on-site. This should have beenexplained upon check-in.
