Review 1：Rooms are below standard, no room service/room cleaning. Very basic also uncomfortable rooms. Food is same every day/limited menu, very limited breakfast. It seems the management is struggling to run the place.

Review 2：Good location just on the beach where the water is crystal-clear (need beach shoes to walk over the pebble-stones/this is not a sand beach).

Review 3：I was very unlucky with the sea and apparently it is entirely up to luck whether the sea will be agreeable when you are there, since it is a long shore, not really secluded and open to winds. It was terribly wavy and windy throughout my entire stay and I had to go to central Karaburun for the sea, which is a pity, considering the lovely and almost deserted shore which I would have much preferred to the centre of Karaburun and the photos of the beach I've seen that were obviously taken on a calm day. I understand from friends who've been to the region earlier that it can be quite the opposite, with crystal clear and calm sea, and even if it gets windy it normally would not last all day, but that was not my experience. So if the sea is a priority for you, keep in mind that it is up to luck and the wind can ruin your stay. Another thing to note is that thanks to the shallow sea, long beach and its lovely setting just by the sea, it is a very child friendly place. That might be a blessing for some, but it is not the case for everybody so it would be advisable to keep that in mind.

Review 4：The owners and the staff were fantastic, very nice, polite and helpful. The hotel itself, has a rustic charm, with simple but cute furnishings and decoration, bric-a-brac and natural materials. The setting is very nice if what you are after is a calm and relaxing place, with its long pebbled beach accommodating hardly any residence or unsightly views (such as ugly concrete hotel complexes or awful, crowded and noisy beach clubs which are unfortunately largely popular in Turkey). The owners pay close attention to the kitchen, often attending the preparation of meals or preparing some themselves and as a result the food is fresh and good, with locally sourced fresh ingredients, which, again unfortunately, is becoming a rarity in hotels on the Turkish coast, especially for fish and seafood. I am not fond of breakfast and it is a meal I skip but I observed from my friends and other guests that they were generally quite happy with the quality and choice offered as well. Also a plus point is that all the jams and marmalades are home made.

Review 5：Everything! The place is adorable, tasteful and homely, with amazing views and the beautiful, unspoiled beach right at your doorstep. A perfect escape, made even better by the hospitality of the warm owners and all the staff and last but not least... Evren's exceptional cooking!

Review 6：Only negative is the amount of debris on the beach away from the hotel - not the hotel's fault but reminds you not to litter at all!

Review 9：If you haven't seen Karaburun area, go!, before it gets infested with Mass Tourism. It's a bit out of the way however once you get there, you realize it is worth every minute of the drive. Lipsos is unique; location is breathtaking, the food is splendid,and the staff very helpful. We stayed in the Caravan for two nights and it was such that it could feel like a separate place of your own excluded from the hotel. We had our own area, our own beach almost, and we had the option of ordering our food to our Caravan if we wanted to. We decided to eat at the restaurant area tho. It was lovely. The staff was very attentive to our needs, had good recommendations for us. For people who need a get away from everything for a few nights, this is the place to be.
