Review 1：Not much friendly receptionist (male). Extremly noisy room-couldnt sleep at all! Felt like sleeping right on the street. No option to open the windows.

Review 3：Two day before arrival my sister in law called to see if the had bed bugs. She read a review that said that and we just wanted to check. Well the person who answer informed us they didn't not have them and he upgraded our rooms. When I got to the hotel at 10:30am my wife and I ate, watched some tv, the took a nap. While I was watching tv I felt something on my neck, I thought it was my wife hair so I just wiped my hand on my neck then proceeded to take a nap. Like 45 min into the nap my phone rings a answer it and I sit up and see these little red & clear bugs crawling on the bed. I lift my pillow up and there is four more under there. We called the front desk and it was the guy who we spoke to on the phone, he was working at the front desk at the time. He told us he clean the room himself , he didn't know where they came from, and I tuned out the other lies he said but we did get ALL of our money back.

Review 4：Friendly staff, confort beds, good bathromms and wifi (you don't need to login everytime you use) location is awesome: just around the corner there is a CVS pharmacy and a subway restaurant.

Review 5：I hated the fact that the beds didn't have comforters just sheets. Had to get the radio replaced but that was cool. It was a bit annoying that the rooms didn't have microwaves. But I can't complain much. It was fine for my birthday weekend.

Review 6：I really loved the location of the hotel. Everything was walking distance from the eatery, to the strip, clubs, and beach. The price was great. The hotel was clean and nice.

Review 10：No ventilation in the rooms and bathroom has lots of rusty places and definately needs renovation. I asked the front desk which is the cheapest parking option and they suggested a valet service with their partner company. I asked about parking in a public garage around the corner and she replied that is in more expensive but when I went to check myself the price was 10$ cheaper per day than the valet.

Review 16：I didn't like the fact there going to be charges applied for insidentals. This was never mentioned when I booked the room. Luckily the woman at the front desk worked a deal with me and I was really thankful for her help...

Review 18：There was a trick I had to learn to flush the toilet. The tank would not fill fast enough. Blow dryer was broken, but we got a replacement. There's no peep hole and no latch on the doors. During our first night, a very loud group of drunk guests (or possibly not even a guests) were banging at our door loudly, repeatedly and laughing. They woke us up. I was about to call down stairs or the police. I did not feel safe. There's no elevator but not a problem for us since our luggage was small.

Review 22：The location, its 5 minutes to the beach. they have a bus to the airport or downtown miami 10 meters away from the door. It also have a cvs and wallgreens nearby (less than 2min). The staff was excellent.

Location is fab, right in shopping district and a couple streets from south beach, 5 min walk. Would stay again, we were 4 British girls holidaying. Room was a little small for all 4 so I would defo recommend 2 to a room instead of 4. If you can upgrade to the king rooms they are amazing

Review 34：waited for an hour and a half beyond my check in time to get room and as soon as we did the roaches came out to greet us!! I paid over $100 for one night I didn't expect to stay in a roach motel!!!!

Review 37：What a great location. The hotel was nice. The bathroom had issuesflushing but nothing major. We read several other reviews and chose thishotel soley for the location. Was so wonderful to get up and jog on thebeach. Go around the corner for amazing Cuban food. Shop the stores.

Review 40：The hotel was fairly clean but walking barefoot on the tile floors made you wonder. Trying to sleep with an air conditioner that was very loud and turning on and off continually was difficult. Bathroom needed updating.

In the mornings and afternoons they would never greet you with a hello or a smile. Overall, I would never stay here again.

Review 42：Haven't had my room cleaned. I left the hotel early in the morning. Came back around 1pm and the room has not been cleaned yet. A few hours later they gave me new towels. Wasn't so bad because I stayed for only 2 nights.

Review 46：Biggest complaint was that the room was really quite dirty. My husband's white socks were black on the bottom after walking around the room for a short time; you could feel the dirt on the floors. The room had a VERY strong, musty smell (mold?) that permeated all of our clothes...had to wash everything, even clothes in our suitcase we hadn't worn. Staff ordered early morning taxi for us ("our guy"), which never did arrive (this also happened the last time we were there, too), causing us to eventually flag down a taxi and arrive to the airport 30 minutes later than desired. Air conditioner noisy and minimally effective. View out the window was a brick wall.

Review 47：Great location - close to the beach, Ocean Drive, shopping, bike rental and lots of restaurants (highly recommend the Bolivar, across the street and down a bit, for dinner and music, and Joe's Stone Crab, 11 Washington, for breakfast). Grocery stores and pharmacies close by. The staff was very friendly, and we appreciated the upgrade to a suite. Unique furnishings, and the Otentic Restaurant, attached, was great, as usual.

Review 48：The room faced an alley, with occasional stragglers passing by. One staff member forgot to make a very important wake up call--thankfully my phone's alarm sounded in time. Another staff member accidentally walked into my room at 2 am! The room was clean but there was a faint sewage like smell eminating from the very small bathroom. I would have just accepted this if it was a low budget motel or inexpensive hostel, but not from a place that charged nearly $200 per night.

Review 49：The location of the hotel is just two blocks away from the beach and some nice national chain shops on Collins. South of 5th Street and Lincoln Road--the more upscale areas in South Beach--are within walking distance.

Didn't smell very nice until garbage day a few days later, and of course noisy when dumpster used early in mornings or late at night. Surrounding neighborhood seemed kind of iffy even though we were assured it was safe, even late at night. Valet parking not in-house: one spot to valet park your car while checking in; car taken across street to public car park by car park employee.

Review 74：Quiet room requested was fairly quiet. Bed was firm. Room was fairly clean. Location was fairly well located about 4 blocks from beach. They offer valet parking.
