Review 1：I tried multiple times to contact the pousada by phone and email straight after making the booking (looked up their details on their website and booking.com), but the phone kept on ringing out and email always got returned/rejected. Obviously the haven't updated their details. But an email arrived from them overnight with descriptions on how to get there, transport options etc with the correct contact details), so it was all good at the end.
Review 2：Great central location but nice and quiet. Staff was always very friendly and happy to help with booking tours and transport even late at night. Rooms were large and clean. Love the hammock on the veranda on a rainy day. So happy that they made eggs, tapiocas (both savoury & sweet) to order for breakfast too! We didn't want to leave!
Review 3：staff, kitchen staff very impolite no manners, food is very bad, juice is bad, coffee looks like honey, we can see the cake is from a day before,if we dirty much the sheets we need pay extra really?from reception the girl doesn't have experience and no English at all.

Review 5：Perfect place for a young couple! So romantic! The room was spacious, clean and lovely... there is a swimming pool area in which we had a super big breakfast with everything: juices, cakes, eggs, coffe and tea, lots of fruit, toast, bread and jams... The perfect place where to stay! Cheap and amazing!

Review 8：I felt that the staff (save the argentinian girl) tried to rip us of.- On the checkin they already charged us the whole stay. Normally it is done in the checkout. Maybe was the rule of the hotel although its says different in the booking.com website. - My wife broke her foot just 2 days after the arrival so I asked if it would be possible to the hotel driver to drive us to the main street so we can eat something and have a look in the city. The attendant says straight away: "if you eat in the Chocolate restaurant he can drive you, otherwise you will need to walk". It would be already rude to say something like this to a guest but to deny a 1 min drive to a guest with a broken foot is ridiculous. - After dinner the desk girl offered us the hotel full day trips and so. I was already suspicious of what was to come. She offered the "super price" because we were already in the hotel and they have their own vehicles, bla, bla,bla. It was more expensive than all the other companies in the city and with less hours of tour. They should have a slogan like "be our guest, pay more, take less". - If you stay in the 3 last "rooms/houses" forget about the wifi. The signal is not strong enough to reach there. - Although we didn't went to a place like this (Jericoacoara) to watch TV, there was no good reception at all. They shouldn't state this on the website if its not true.
Review 9：It's a nice place that really suites the scenario. Full of tropicalplants and tress loaded with fruits. They take care of the place reallywell and the location was good. Just a few minutes walk from the mainstreet but with the privilege of being outside of the crowd.The argentinian girl in the desk is sweet and really helpful. She was perfect. So different from the other two girls.
