Review 1：We were there for the STYX concert, it took us forever for the bartender to CS or get our drinks at three separate locations, it was actually faster inside the concert then in your casinos and restaurants. Also the bartender does not know how to make margaritas

Review 34：Dirty glass in front of my room door on arrival. Liquid drips or spill prior to arrival not cleaned prevented use of drawers. Sliding bathroom door did not latch or seal and would slide open a bit so no privacy in restroom. Long haul from checkin, across casino floor to hotel. Design ensures guests walk through casino for sales but when carrying luggage that's not appreciated. A bell hop or cart would help there.

We had called about it being warm in our room when we first arrived. They should have given us another room. I wasn't impressed with the front desk staff. Upon check out there was an employee very upset and raised voices with some commotion along with a loud banging door behind her. Not a good first impression.

Review 42：After our first night, our room never got serviced in a timely manner. They didn't make it to our room until late afternoon and by then we just told them no and got the things we needed for the next day.

Review 47：We purchased tickets for the Male dancers on September 26th. I trusted this entertainment since it was available at your establishment. I would not recommend these guys return, this was the worst I have seen for male entertainment. The cost of this show should be refunded. These guys had no rhythm, wore knee pads and had on shoes and socks. We had a group of 10 and not one person enjoyed the entertainment. These young men need a new choreographer, if anyone videoed these guys they would not sell a ticket. We walked into the restroom on two separate occasions and witnessed girls fighting in the restroom. We left the show early to use another restroom. I would recommend your staff not stand in one spot and walk around including going into the restrooms frequently. The staff seemed to be more concerned about people taking pictures and videos than the safety of the customers.

Review 48：The room, Orange Sky restaurant and club made a great night for the bachelorette celebration. The room and restaurant exceeded my expectations!! We had great service which is another reason I would return. The view was beautiful!!!!

Review 49：The room was too small for two queen beds. We tripped over the bed platform several times. It just juts out past the mattress.

Review 53：I had another girl that came at the last minute and I asked front deskif I can order a roll-away bed. She said yes for $25, but didn'tmention it was per night. The girl only stayed one night with us and soit wasn't in use. If I had known there was an extra charge I wouldhave certainly made that phone call. At check out they didn't careand still billed me. After all we spent a lot of money there from Fri -Sun. We never left the hotel. It would've just been common courtesyfor them to take off the $25 for extra day it wasn't in use in turnfor the 5 of us to come back since everyone had a great time. Theconcierge women just ignored me who booked us in and walked away.

Review 60：Smoky throughout the facility. Concert seats were zip tied together so you were sitting on top of the person beside you. The chairs were hard. I would think for 75 dollars a ticket, there would have been more comfortable seating..especially out in the heat of Sept. Would have been nice to have an exhaust fan in the bathroom.. Oder seeped into sleeping area.

Review 64：The padded rails at the end of the beds stick out a few inches and they are absolutely hazardous. I tripped over one and fell down and injured myself. When I reported to the staff they seemed very unconcerned. The fall happened within 30 minutes in the room and really took down the rest of our visit.

Review 66：We checked in to our room so excited to be there because of all the great things we had heard. Unfortunately that's where the excitement ended. Our room was not cleaned, trash cans still full and stains on the white bedspread, in the toilet, as well as hair all over the seat. Nothing had been dusted in that room for at least a couple of weeks and there appeared to be a sticky substance all over the bedside table on my side. I was scared to walk on the floor barefoot because of how strangely dirty it looked with dirt and hair in different places. When we called the front desk to have it cleaned the person was rude and we waited almost 2 hours for someone to come clean it. Even then she emptied the trash and scrubbed the toilet for a few seconds and asked us if it was clean enough...we were so disappointed that a "nice" expensive place ended up being worse than some 2 star hotels we had stayed at when we were younger. The casino was fun and inviting, and the dinner buffet was delicious. But we definitely won't be going back.

I had to suggest the switching of room, but was not offered a balcony as I previously had (super upset about losing the balcony, as it was where I was going to put the surprise bday cake and champagne).

Review 71：The price of the hotel is a bit expensive. It's a nice hotel with quick access to pool and casino. Few places in driving distance but not a lot. It's a good staycation place. But not a great location for out of town guest. Overall I would recommend the hotel to locals.

Review 72：I didn't think I would've had to wait for so long for a room. I was trying to make it romantic with rose peddles and Champagne and my key wasn't work. I had to go down several times to the lobby because they kept changing my key and it still wasn't work. We had to go threw our friends rooms just to get to mine. Had the room set but was frustrated we had to wait even longer. It was to late to go to dinner by then.

When we told the staff they proceeded to tell us the location of the thermostat on the room and how to operate it. When we told them that we know all of that and that the temp wouldn't go below 78 they responded "oh well that sucks then"

Review 80：We picked a tower room with tower acess. Not worth the extra money. Thefree drinks and munchies and break was a joke!! The food sucked. Wethought it would have been better for the extra money we spent on theroom. Check in line only had 2 people. It took us over an hour to checkin. The shower was horrible. The water trickled out. It was $264 plustax. Not worth it!!!! The food at the buffet looked alot better. Thetower club room is a frikin small hotel room. Only like five tables.This is the worst place for the money that I have stayed at!!

This was only in the afternoon, and was not an issue when it came to normal sleep time.

I had to wait 30 minutes after spending 15 at the front desk for my reservation to come thru, even though I showed them my confirmation complete with booking number. Also, my shower was scalding hot no matter what I did. They refunded half of my room rate, but it was an awful experience.

Review 102：We were not aware they had big pool parties on the weekends and people that were not staying at the hotel were allowed to come. It was like college spring break. LOUD music, I couldn't even talk to my husband in the chair next to me. The pool was literally standing room only. There had to have been around 3,000 people there. I will not go back for this reason alone, we found out this is what it is like every weekend (Sat & Sun) through September. Had we been looking for a party weekend it would have been great but our purpose for the trip was for a romantic getaway for my husband and I to relax by the pool together on a rare weekend without the kids. We did not plan on the big party scene and it wasn't what we were looking for. Plus both night we had drunk people yelling and running up and down the hall. Saturday night after the pool party we had EMT's outside our door for someone who had passed out in the hallway. And there was vomit in the elevator Saturday morning.

Review 103：The room was very nice. Comfortable bed! We had dinner at Orange Sky and the food was great. Friday by the pool was great but Saturday was a big letdown.

Review 104：Booking.com didn't have both of my reservations and I had my confirmation from them in hand. The hotel was able to get me the second room, but it was a long hassle.

Too bad. The manager did nicely give us a discount on our room. Just can't get back that few days at the pool! Would have been nice to know ahead of time.

Review 122：You had to show your card to get into the rooms area which was great. The issue was people were drunk and walked down the halls shouting. We thought the person who let them in should tell them to be quiet at 3am in the morning. This happened 4 days in a row. We called security on day 3 and 4. We were in room 216 and being near all the entertainment wasn't loud at all. Just people walking through the halls.

Review 124：I booked rooms for me and 2 friends. Two of three reservations were not in their computer at check-in. They made it correct but it took 45 min to check in. Also, on the last day of our stay the main pool was drained for repairs and we were not told about it ahead of time. We had to listen to jack hammer noises all day. It turns out it had been scheduled for some time. I would like a refund for the night of the March 29, 2015

I saw customers (3) food sitting under heat lamp and employees look at it and not bother with getting food out, until customer spoke up.Having to purchase cocktails while gambling and the tight machines. Very expensive trip! Had issues getting food at lower patio restaurant, but breakfast was free afterwards.
