Review 1：I wish there was room service and a concierge.

Review 2：The location was good. There is no bell-hop or room service, just be aware of that. Staff are friendly though. Very clean facility and the hotel is new.

Review 3：too expensive for the total package. they even charge you extra $11+tax for the parking on top of the already $180 per on a off season night. I've had better breakfast with more variety in much cheap hotels.

Review 6：Amazing location between two great beaches. Loads of small bars and local restaurants. We finally avoided disgusting chains. Luxury beds and nice bathroom. Heated pool and hottub.

Review 7：Compared to the other South Bay beaches, Redondo Beach - including the Marina district - has no charm. And no shops. This hotel's foyer/lobby has modern, albeit sparse. furnishings but the hotel has no bar or restaurant (or room service). In the mornings the free breakfast laid out in the foyer/lobby and some barefoot, scantly clad diners made it feel more akin to a backpackers accommodation. All rooms are surrounded by car parks and the pool area next to the car park is old and ordinary. Even - or especially - the staff did not seem happy to be there.

Review 17：This hotel is an excellent overall value. While our room rate was $250 with taxes for a first floor "marina" view mid-week, the delicious breakfast and early evening wine and cheese service reduced our spending so that it all balanced out.

Review 22：There's not really much we don't like about this hotel, except for the price. We used to stay here quite a bit before the remodel but now that they've raised the prices we've had to Limit or stays. It would be nice if they had some type of "frequent flyer plan". We would stay more.

Review 48：This hotel is nicely furbished and located in a quiet area. Although some exploring is reaquired, it is located within walking distance to a number of reataurants, and even a greater selection if you have a car (5 minute drive to neighbouring suburbs).

Review 52：The marina view from my first floor room appeared to be a parking lot and a street behind it - this was a huge disappointment to me. There is some kind of facility with huge pipes of smoke going into the air right behind the hotel. You face it when you are in the swimming pool area. The sign on the hotel said that the materials used for constructions are known to cause birth defects and cancer. California law requires this signage where applies, and local people might have used to seeing it. It was unpleasant surprise for me though.

Review 61：This property was modern and beautiful. Lobby & breakfast area were very nice, room was comfortable well equipped with refrigerator and microwave. The room literally had 20 outlets! The whole family could charge all our devices at once!

Review 62：Overcharged. Was not upfront about parking fee. Charged $8 for a bottle of water marked $5. And would not consider a 1 hour later check out time. Hallways stink and sign indicating floating carcigens in building was hidden and not clear what the actual hazard was. Staff was more hip than friendly.

Everything I needed was in walking distance or a quick car ride away. the place is clean and the breakfast (included) was amazing. rooms are comfy and very clean. Staff are great. Was greeted by Ryan at the front desk after a long day and a late arrival and he was super friendly and very helpful! ... I would stay here again when back in the area.

We were told to call and secure it in the morning starting 8 am. Isn't it an oxymoron!? People want late check out because they do not plan on being up early! I asked for late check out at 9:30 am only to find out that they ran out of late check outs and that it isn't possible to have one. Secondly there is a 11$ per night charge for Parking.

Don't go there if your head is covered for religious reasons. And don't go there if you always use booking.com; they're not a fan of the website service over there.

The staff was very friendly and professional, accommodated my special requests, and we found the room to be clean, comfortable, modern, and perfect for our needs. Review 77：Didn't like having to pay for parking. My daughter's friend arrived before us- about 6 hours- and although I'd called ahead to let them know, she wasn't allowed to go to the room until we arrived. She was able to access facilities which was good.

Staff were friendly, room was clean and large, coffee etc good selection, nice toiletries. Breakfast ok, felt having bacon with no other cooked items a bit weird.
