Review 1：The location is not a "destination" location. Not their fault however.

Review 2：Wonderful hotel very nice amenities. Nice extra touches like a Keurig and a Bose sound system.

Review 3：i had to go to the breakfast near 6am as I had to prepare myself for a funeral at which I was asked to give the eulogy. The food was not yet fully warmed, but the selection there is always exceptionally good.

Review 5：The bathroom set up with sink outside bathroom no shelves in shower are tollet paper was out of toilet area. Not young family friendly. A swimming pool or other activity for a family to do would be wonderful . We found ourselves having to leave and drive distance to find activities

Review 7：The room was spacious and elegant, warm and inviting. It made you feel as if you were in your home and not a hotel. We ate in the restaurant and the service was impeccable, the food - best steak we ever ate! We will definitely be back

A great hot meal. Location not far from the airport, and walking distance from movie theater and restaurants.

Breakfast the next morning was the best hotel breakfast I have had to date, we even saw Mr. Salvatore working to make sure everything at breakfast was top-notch! Would recommend to anyone visiting the western NY area.

Review 32：I went to two other places before I found this "salvatores". The hotel lobby was very crowded with people during the dinner hour, I did not get to try the restaurant as I figured that since people were eating in the lobby, then they must have been fully booked.

Review 57：I would like to not be charged for an extra coffee packet. It seemed petty in contrast to the luxury pf the coffee machine. I know, a small issue, but it was out of the character of the hotel.
