Review 1：Initially put in room with 1 bed when I had asked for 2. The bed had no bottom sheet. We were moved to another room. No batteries in remote. Only 1 TV channel when operated manually. Carpet coming loose. Huge room but not maintained!! Very nice breakfast area but hardly any food and coffee empty. Couldn't find anyone working. No one at the desk even though it was 9am.

Review 2：Checked in with no problem. Went to the room and the smoke alarm was chirping. Stopped at the office and let them know. Went out to get some food. The issue was resolved by the time we got back. If we are ever in Garden City and need a place to stay this is where you will find us.

Review 3：The bed is too high for a short senior. It is hard to get into. I ask for a stool or something to step on to get into bed, but they did not provide one.

Review 5：I liked the way the motel was setup . The sink area was very convenient and nicely lit up. The kitchen was very nice. Bed was comfortable. Etc

Review 7：Large spacious room and clean. Vanity & sink area separate from the tub/shower & toilet area making it easier for two people to utilize at the same time. For a one night stay while traveling on business, it was sufficient and a good value as compared to the more expensive chain hotels.

Review 9：I am in hotels 4 or 5 days a week and always looking for a low cost hotel but must be clean. Best of both worlds on this one. Gentlemen at front desk was very accommodating.

Review 10：These people who look for the bargain rate lodging then complain that everything isn't perfect make me laugh. Was this a five-star stay? no. Was it clean and comfortable? Absolutely. PK, the owner/manager, did everything possible to make me feel welcome and assigned me a huge king bed suite. I would definitely stay there again!

Review 35：Did not get the room for the booking price. said there were extra tax didn't know why booking said city tax did not apply. the place was in four different buildings and the ice machine did not work in our building. we had to cross to streets to get ice. there was a big bug in the tub. We were not impressed!

On top of that, no swimming pool!I specifically talked to someone at the front desk about this back inlate March when I booked the room! The add says there is a pool andthe person I talked to said there was a pool! Imagine my familiesdisgust and disappointment when there was not a pool! We will neverstay there again!!

Review 39：We did not like the fact that people could stand outside our door and smoke. We asked for a quiet room. Which it was until they put a young couple celebrating next to us. There was lots of room further down they could have put them.

Review 40：We liked the spaciousness of the suite. It was clean and comfortable. Staff was very helpful and attentive. We thought the location away from the more developed part of town was a big plus. The restaurant next door was convenient.

Review 41：It took a while for the water to get hot, we were told this ahead of time. The rooms are a bit older but there were efforts to make them more presentable. The recliner in the room was damaged.

When I went to the front desk for assistance about the meal no one appeared to be on duty so we left. The bed was very hard and the mattress was of poor quality.

Review 47：Exercise room and Pool out of order Very aged room, - overall the property is in need of total renovation and maybe some fencing/gating of the three accommodation sections - it seems in a low economic area, on leaving someone was sitting there begging at the roadside of the rooms and the laundry is to the rear of the property, you have to briefly step off the property to get to the laundry and you face whoever is hanging around there I missed beautiful garden beds to lighten up the place, not sure where the Sunflower name is coming from
