Review 1：Superb location, close to bus to Old City, restaurants and more. Great, quiet spot with beautiful gardens, plunge pool and the rooms are spacious and comfortable and clean. Great place!
Review 2：I dropped my bag on the lounge chair and a cloud of dust came up. The welcome towels in the bathroom had footprints and hair on it. However, bed sheets, bath towels and floors were all clean.
Review 3：Nice, simple guesthouse. The pool area looked brand new and clean. The staff were polite and helpful (if not super warm). The rooms were large and had decent size bathrooms. Good location near all new town spots.

Review 8：The mosquitoes in the room. Hotel needs to find a solution to minimize (eg. Electric Mosquitoes Repellent). We killed a few and at night as we are covered by the blanket, we got a few bites on our face instead. But do note that Sukhothai and Si Satchanalai have a fair amount of mosquitoes.
Review 9：Cozy little place and well maintained. Room is spacious and comfortable beds. The service from the owner Khun Sun made the difference to patiently answer our queries and help arranged our transport on day of arrival and day trip right after airport pickup.

Good food too but you need to specify that you want it authentic or else its made not spicy. Theyre upgrading right now and soon will have a pleasant pool in the center.

Large room with outdoor sitting area. Restaurant was good but close to others restaurants too, great bar on the corner, Bar 64000. Bus to the historical park only 30 baht. If you are there on a Saturday go across bridge and enjoy the evening food stalls.

Review 49：Everything about this place is excellent- from the simple yet elegant decor, classic & sturdy wooden furniture, comfortable bed, and wide screen flat screen. There are 2 complimentary water bottles everyday, thermos and water heater in the room. There's also a veranda like in front of the room where you can chill. The food is delicious. It's walking distance from the main road too so it's easy to hail any kind of public transportation. The owner is really nice, helpful and friendly. I would highly recommend this place.

Review 51：Exceptionally clean and spacey rooms, good matrasses, good AC, beautiful garden. The restaurant outside is very nice, too. I had pancakes with yoghurt and fresh fruit for breakfast. For dinner, they have a lot of Thai food to choose from, everything I had was fresh and tasty. The owner was extremely helpful. He helped me to book bus tickets and a mountain bike tour in the area with Cycling Sukhothai (very good, by the way). I would definitely stay there again if I was in Sukhothai!!

Review 54：Mosquitoes. But this is not guesthouses fault as they are more or less everywhere. On the contrary, it was very nice from the personel side to offer us repellent while sitting in the restaurant without our asking. If you don't keep the doors of the room opened while lights are on - mosquitoes are manageable.

The rooms were VERY spacious and comfortable, the place quiet, we could park our motorbike right in front of our bungalow - very safe and relaxing stay. Food served was cheap and good and the restaurant itself was like a nice little oasis. Wifi worked perfectly, the bed very comfortable and I totally enjoyed it. Great place!
Review 58：This guesthome is located in the New City. Our room was spotless, spacious and comfortable. Staff was helpful and friendly. They helped us make arrangements for a tuk-tuk to pick us up very early in the morning to take us to the Sukhothai Historical Park. The restaurant on-site has delicious authentic Thai dishes and closes at 10 pm. We were walking distance to the Night Market where you can find all kinds of small sweet or salty bites.
Review 59：We stayed in a large modern room with air condition and safe. The guesthouse is centrally located but the rooms look to a gardenlike courtyard and are very quiet. The station of the shuttlebus to the historic sights is just around the corner. We loved to eat in the guesthouse's restaurant which serves excellent homemade Thaifood, The owners are very helpful and try to fulfil all wishes of their guests.

Review 65：I have never met such genuinly kind and warm person as the host of Foresto hotel. We arrived really late on the day of our check-in, our Thay host greeted Us warmly, sat with Us and talked for a bit. On the day of our check-out he helped us find the proper way of transport to our next stop, let Us stay in the hotel restaurant till our departure and even drove Us to the bus station! The rooms were really clean, wifi was working without any issues and the whole place was beautiful. Food in the hotel restaurant was very tasty and in really good price. We felt in love with Foresto guesthouse and if we'll ever again visit Sukhothai we'll definitelly stay at Foresto again.

Review 69：There was a serious mosquito problem. We went into the bar area to drink and play cards one night and the owner told us it was not advisable and not a good idea to sit. Shame as the garden was lovely and peaceful with little pond and beautiful fish. Also odd as that is the restaurant so presumably to eat there was not a good idea either. Whoever started this craze for a full sized window dividing the bedroom and bathroom needs a brain examination! No privacy even with rattan blind down. Spoilt it completely. For one night we had to upgrade as no standard room available and frankly, there was little difference. A couple of drawers in a bedside cabinet, LESS privacy and no nice seated area outside bedroom. Certainly no mini bar as advertised but we didn't want it anyway. There was a 'constant hot water kettle' in the more expensive room but there were no cups provided in either room unless we asked which is strange when a kettle is provided.
Review 70：The location, in town, up quiet road, peaceful oasis, the taxi drivers all knew it. Very big rooms with a couple of English speaking TV channels. A little table and chairs at the front of the room (unfortunately you could not sit there because of the mosquitos!). Breakfast good but not inexpensive. The staff were super and the owner extremely helpful ringing for taxis etc. Two bottles of free water per day too.

After a long day of temple running, it would have been nice to have a more substantial selection of English channels to sit back and relax to.

As mentioned by other reviewers, they are spacious, and beautifully decorated with an en-suite, TV with international channels, a safe, kettle and fridge - all in a standard room! The grounds of the guesthouse are also landscaped and set away from the main street, so it's a very peaceful and calm setting. You get a private seating area outside of your room too. The people who run this guesthouse are also incredibly helpful and kind.

The bus to ayuthoya did drop us off at the northern station, did know this would be normal and thought we would be dropped off at the main bus terminal. This was dissapointing to us. However, these things are not really related to foresto guesthouse which would have been perfect in a city that would have been nicer than Sukhotai.

If breakfast would be included it would be perfect. However, breakfast is not that expensive and is very good! About the room and guesthouse there was really nothing to complain about. Air-con works very well, which is critical when you just got back from cycling around Sukhothai. The restaurant serves up surprisingly good Thai fare. The staff are friendly and eager to help as well. Highly recommended.

Review 100：This Ghuesthome is the perfect solution to visit Sukhothai. The big boss, Sun, is always kind and very helpful. He welcomed us to his place and he showing us the maps of the City. Rooms are little houses in the middle of a beautiful garden, clean, big and new. Also the restaurant is very good. Review 103：This is a beautiful family run hotel that has been open for 9 months. The owners work tirelessly to ensure your stay is perfect. The rooms are very clean and very spacious, including large bathrooms. Fabulous location, easy to get to from bus station and lots of places to walk for dinner. Highly recommend this wonderful hotel.

If you want to reach the bus station they have a tuk-tuk service for 60 bath. I recommand this guesthouse for sure. If i'll come back to sukhothai i'll go there again.
Review 108：Unfortunately, the guest house is located in the new part of town, not close to the temples, and the bus to/from old town stops running early in the evening. In order to optimize your time seeing the temples, I would highly recommend staying at a guesthouse in the old part of town, right next to the sights. Even though the Sukhothai guest house is nice, I ended up only staying one night and moved to a guesthouse conveniently located next to the temples in old town.
