Review 1：The surrounding neighborhood was rundown, and the main room light gave a constant, low buzzing sound.
Review 2：The staff was helpful and cordial. Also, the hotel is within walking distance of the BART station. The bathroom had a nice, spacious shower.
Review 3：rooms weren't cleaned everyday or vacuumed. Bottom smoking unit and second floor non smoking. I could smell all the smoke and smell in my unit. it wasn't pleasant

Review 10：Within walking distance of BART. Bathroom appeared to be newly re-modeled. Nice interior. Bed was comfortable enough for the price value. Nice flat screen TV. Air conditioning worked well. Can see the car parked straight across from my room--good to keep an eye on.
Review 11：The refrigerator and microwave were not plugged in and I had to move a heavy dresser to get to the plug ins. There was no hand lotion. The bath towels were a little larger than a hand towel. There were no clothes hangers and the only place to hang clothes was a towel rack in the bedroom area where I could drape my clothes over the rods.

Review 13：they do not clean the room / bathroom, only exchange the towels, not tidy the bed and there were cobwebs on the roof of the room. they do not put more paper hygienic, we had to call asking and told us to seek on front desk. Should not be an INN, as are worse than motels.

The toilet was clogged when we arrived and when I asked about it I was told to get a plunger from next to the ice machine and take care of it myself. When that didn't work the staff or owner tried himself. When that didn't work he got the snake. There was a huge gap under the door that let the cold air in and potentially mice or bugs should they have been around. The neighborhood was scary at night, nothing like in Google Street View. The owner I think lives there with his family. He put bars on his windows and cameras to protect his family but nothing for the guests staying there. We only got plastic cups the first night. There's a scary cat that even my cat loving friend had issues with.
Review 35：Cheap compared to San Francisco. Hot water in the shower. Staff or owner wasn't horrible, just not particularly service oriented. He's obviously a family man, but he doesn't seem very concerned with guest comfort or well being.

The location was close to bart but other than that it is very creepy. We did nothing but go to work and come back no noise or parties and they were ugly when we said we did not need cleaning service daily. When we wanted to stay one more week the manager was very rude saying we needed to get our things off his property and he would think about it. Well I told him I had to go to work And did not have that kind of time. We found a better place not too far that even cost less so his loss.

Review 48：The staff was nice but since I arrived very late they had difficulties processing me. they almost charged me twice because their machine wasn't working properly. I had to call my bank, they said it was charged I made them call their company and they walked them through the process of fixing it in their system with out charging me again, A long annoying process for 1:30 am. That was the only frustration. The staff was still apologetic and courteous.
Review 49：The room I was in looked remodeled. It was nice & clean. I would prefer a Queen bed, but I didn't ask or request one before hand. I would stay there again it was close to everything I had planned. Cozy for a young couple like ourselves.

He went back, the young man called and they will change my room. So, I moved from room 205 to 109.
Review 58：2" gap under door, allowed cold air in. Nonsmoking room yet they allowed people to party in parking lot till 2:30am smoking. Had to use our only 2 towels to cover gap and reduce smoke. Won't stay there again.

I would suggest getting new bedding seems how there was afew burn holes from cigarette'S. I'm not sure I will ever stayat this establishment ever again. Improve in your sign out front of yourestablishment, its covered in some sort of dirt(street grime)wasimpossible to see. A secure gate might be benefitual as well.

Review 64：Suburb, neither nice nor the safest place at night, but we walked from Bart in the evening and didn't feel in any danger. They save every cent, they even forgot to refill the toilet paper. We almost missed the motel when arriving in the evening, a better sign would help.

Review 82：The room is really tiny. There is no space for placing suitcases or hanging clothes. The double bed is very small and barely enough for two persons. We did not have any problem during our stay but security could be an issue as the hotel entrance is wide open to the street without any gate or guard at night time.

Review 84：Employees do not feel safe in this hotel how could I and my wife feel safe because reception staffs are shielded behind locked door all the time. Hotel smells bad. I could not sleep good in this hotel. Even with my sleep medication, I and my wife only were able to have one hour sleep in this hotel after 14 hours driving. There was lot of shouting of people outside the hotel and lots of noise. I would rather be safe and be able to sleep in a resting area than this hotel.
