Review 4：It was a last minute booking and on Christmas to boot. The intake clerk was very nice and got us checked in right away. The room was spacious, very clean and comfortable. For the price it was an amazing stay. Would definitely stay there again!
Review 5：It appears that my review must withhold valuable information. Neighborsin room next to me required me to demand I be moved. Woke up to antscrawling all over me. Noone would do anything when I called they weretoo busy! Walked outside to a homeless in corner and an oil change beingdone on vehicle in parking lot. Asked to move again and it faced the fwywas loud and dirty. Tried to call to a manager each time to check outeearly and get a refund and there was never a manager available. Airconditioner did not work in first 2 rooms.

Review 14：The staff gave me a roon which was being torn apart. After waiting for another room, the 2nd room was stuffy. The AC did not work, I felt like I was being bitten by some sort of bed bugs throughout the night. I would not return. I read other reviews and the management stated they were sorry and they were going to fix the problems, Do Not Believe Them!!

Review 20：It was obviously a hotel people lived at and management must have amended the amenities and policies based on this. There was no in room coffee, refrigerator, or microwave. There was one microwave for use of all guests in the lobby. The operations manager told us on check in that there was coffee available 24hrs in the lobby. But as we headed at 4am to get a head start on traffic we were informed coffee is available until 5am. We asked for pool towels during our stay and the as told only 2 pool towels over room, despite having booked two rooms with 3 registered guests in each. The bath towels in the room were sandpaper. We tried to do laundry before heading out to a theme park for the day but the laundry facilities were locked until 9am. They were located on the second floor on the opposite end of the hotel. There was no change machine and the Libby staff could only spare $3 in quarters. We had to walk 1/4 mile to the gas station for quarters. Depsite being a 4 night stay they put us in a location with no parking and we had to haul our stuff a good distance. Wifi was $15 for 3 days. Its 2015.... No one should pay for your WiFi at a hotel.

This made the walk way on the second floor a safety hazard. People could eaisly slip on the water, No breakfast...

Review 38：Excellent staff, clean rooms. The staff does all they can to make a **** stay. Location is perfect, the outlet mall is two blocks away. A short five blocks the other direction is " OLD TOWN CAMARILLO", Food fun and all you will need or want. Also even with the freeway right there, the rooms are quite. Housekeeping is polite and egar to help.

Review 50：The staff upon checking in was rude. I had misplaced my current license. Of course I needed one to check in but I did have an expired one with other numerous picture ID's. This wasn't acceptable but the person helping me didn't have to be rude. The only option was to change & add a different name to my booking. I had another person come with their ID & credit card now so that I could just get my room & rest. The person was rude to me & mumbled under his breath when another helped him with getting the keys to the room when they asked if I was staying 2 nights "Unfortunately. He also made me & my niece, whose name I had to change the booking to, wait another 45 mins. because he said Booking.Com didn't e-mail him the update. I nicely told him that the Booking.Com CSR told me it would be updated right away and he snapped at me, "Well they Haven't!". There was no reason for him to have been so rude. I was paying for the room. I have never been treated so badly by a CSR when I was paying for a service. When I spoke to my niece, apologizing that she had to come down to pay for my room because I couldn't find my current valid license he even jumped in to be rude saying that was company policy. He really embarrassed me in front of other people in the lobby. I am 57 years old but I walked out of there like a reprimanded child by a very young man that was supposed to be trained in Customer Service. I don't think I will use Booking.com again or stay at this motel ever again!

Review 54：The first room I checked into was horrible, the carpet was molded all over and smelled really bad, the room looked like like a scene from a movie where drug addicts live. I asked the front desk for a better room after I reported the conditions, and was immediately given a better room, and it was a 360 degree difference, even the linen was a different color. The receptionist explained that several rooms were getting new carpet and upgrades.

Review 76：I had to pay 4.95 / day for slow speed internet access, I couldn't studying for my exams because the videos froze when loading or buffering. Then when I asked to be comp'd for the next days wifi the front desk said they did not have the authorization to do that. On day 2; I woke up w 6 bug bites on my chest then after I switched to a new room i woke up another morning with 12 more bites under my arm by my breast. These bites are swollen and itchy and hurt to touch or scratch. I am very grossed out and uncomfortably itchy.
