Review 1：This hotel is located on the edge of crack alley and wondering when Detective Stabler is going to show up... Beds are not comfortable. The stiff neck and aching back I have will prove that. You can take a shower and a bath at the same time. Some might consider this an added bonus but I personally don't want to worry about the tub over flowing. Breakfast? Two tables in the entrance and a cereal dispenser is not breakfast.

Review 6：Got recliner I wanted. Called for toilet paper, it was delivered right away. Toilet plugged, came and unplugged it immediately. Staff very nice.

Review 9：The hot tub was down, with a little bit of dirty water at the bottom along with some trash. Two of the lights in our room didn't work, and the blow dryer is needing replaced. Biggest thing is they advertise "free breakfast" but it's a continental breakfast, NOT a real breakfast.

Review 11：The hot tub was out of order, one of the lamps in the room didn't work, and the coffee pot in the room did not work as well. The maid knocked on the door twice as if she was in a hurry for us to leave. Check out isn't until 11 AM and we left by 1030!! Staff should be trained to make guests feel more welcome!

Review 44：The only thing we noticed is the hot tub in the pool area really needs cleaned. The water appears green which shows daily checking of chemicals are not being monitored and added.

Review 45：No one was at the front desk to check out at 8:00 am. The breakfast was in adequate even for a continental one; no bread for toast and just bananas for fresh fruit. And of course no one to ask. Our room was alright except for the broken shower rod which we would have reported if someone was around.
