Review 1：It was a little bit of a drive to the shoppin center and any other shopping they didn't have a DVD player in the room or at the desk to loan out
Review 2：the staff at the desk was great both when checking in and checking out the breakfast was great and everything was nice and hot even when we ate at 9:30
Review 3：Remind cleaning people that when they have problems with a guest, they shouldn't complain to other guests. I left my garbage bin outside my door to be emptied and was told by a cleaning woman that I wasn't allowed to do that. I pointed to a room a few doors down and stated that since I saw their garbage outside that I could do the same. That's when she went off about those guests. I just didn't want them to turn down my room as I was staying another night, but wanted to get rid of the garbage. Guess I'll take it out myself next time.

Review 5：Bathroom smelled like old urine. Room smelled like cigarette smoke even though a non-smoking room. Breakfast facilities were fair; one waffle machine was broken - the other barely worked.

Review 13：Non existent elevator. My daughter and her family had a large, heavy suitcase that she had to carry up the stairs because of no elevator. Not happy about that.
