Review 1：We had to deal with two issues mentioned in booking.com reviews. Shower drainage and springs in mattress. Both were sorted by hotel Staff, the drainage was cleaned on first call and as for mattress - we received two thick blankets. Each hotel may have an issue/problem, what matters to client is how your Staff deals with it. Our regards to your ladies and thanks for making our stay a pleasant one! :-)

Review 4：The entrance was hard find from the street. And it is little too far to the center to go on foot and there is no shop around the hotel. I had to go to the center to buy some food (bottles of water are available at the reception)

Review 5：The location. very near from bus station , so very recommendable for travelers who arrive at Pskov in the late night. The cost was similar to Youth Hostel (a bit more expensive), but the privacy is guaranteed. The staffs were not good in English but I felt that they really wanted to help.

Review 17：The location was unusual - not in a good sence. The entrance was from side yard and the surrounding was really ugly, road in the wyard was bad.

Review 19：Building where hotel is has a nightclub on the ground floor. This club has definitely bad taste of sound choise and it's quality. Too noisy to sleep well even more you will never get relaxed this hotel till nightclub is here.

Review 20：Price; location is closed to a bus station to get a Pskov region and old center of Pskov is also accessible by foot; room was a good looking and clean; shared bath and WC are good; soviet union feeling is about to gone away.

Review 21：The hotel was a bit far from Kremlin. Entrance is slightly difficult tofind. The machine did not work and I could not use credit card. But allof these are not big problems.

Review 24：Pleasantly designed and clean room. The service was quite what it says on the tin. The reception staff were polite and efficient. The balcony with trees was a well nice touch. Bus and train stations are both a short walking distance away, albeit the historical centre is a tad more distant.
