Review 1：The surrounding is very dirty, trashed in water (sad)! Need clean up to save environment and birds, ducks, fish in water please! This brings down review of your property!

Review 3：I booked a King size bed for my husband and I. However, upon arrival the hotel put us in a room with 2 queen beds. I immediately called the front desk and was told because I booked through a 3rd party I was not guaranteed a King. They told me all the rooms with king beds were taken. The second issue we had was, we did not get room service the second day of our stay. We needed clean towels. I called the front desk and asked for clean towels, which were delivered an hour later. Too late, we had to shower and be at our destination by a certain time. Unfortunate!!

Review 4：I think the rooms are not a good value. The furniture in lobby and rooms need updating. We can get a suite for the same cost of a room at the Homewood suites. They also have complimentary wine and beer in the evenings. They were booked for the nite we stayed. We moved to their hotel for the additional two nites we were in town.

Review 6：Signs outside warn of towing, but staff says not to worry and not to provide a description of your vehicle. A little unnerving. Location a little backwater.

Review 7：Finally, a hotel that has done a good job of locating its electrical outlets! Also, nice shower and good heating system. Be sure to get a room on the bay side -- which has a decent view.

Review 8：Sorry to say there was alot'of noise coming from room upstairs around 10pm. I put in a complaint to reception, noise quietened down but throughout night, i could hear heavy walking, things dropping, hard to sleep. Suggest families occupy ground floor rooms, to eliminate the heavy stomping disturbance.

The gym was ok with good equipment but should be in a larger area near the pool. Walking colocation within yards of a very good couple of restaurants and even Alameda's ammenities was terrific.
