Review 1：How expensive the restaurant is. The price for the quality of the food is poor. The omelet station at breakfast is the best option. Dinner was not very good at all.

Review 2：The beach is fabulous! The staff is exceptionally friendly and helpful. We arrived at 9:00AM and our room was ready. The fitness center is good.

Review 3：Tried to over charge us twice when we checked in we paid had a dispute and also when we checked out tried to over charge us which left disappointed , breakfast was tasteless and way to expensive, can get noisy at night time had to call night porter at 5 am

Review 7：Comfortable, not too much loud music, right on a wide sandy beach, turtles in the bay, friendly staff and management, very Bajan, rum cocktails, tasty fish, close to Bridgetown and the airport.

Review 14：I felt the staff were not equipped to handle a busy hotel. Many times I asked for something (at the restaurant, for example) and they simply forgot. It is a laid-back Caribbean approach but can be frustrating if it happens constantly.

I would advise that you eat out or if you have no problems waiting eat at the hotel because the quality of the food is very good.

Review 35：I'm all about cleanliness and yes I could have eaten off the bathroom floor.only on one occasion they didn't vacuum clean the bedroom carpet. The staff were so friendly and helpful. Bajans are such nice friendly trustworthy people! I liked the breakfast although I think they could have offered local dishes as well. For dinner they need to develop their menu, offer more, but the little choice they had was perfect. I loved my stay. They have a cocktail reception Monday evening where you get to chat to the managers and find out more about Babardos or anything really. Very nice...free cocktails and nibbles.

Review 40：Despite the renovations, the hotel feels old. It is definitely not a resort with only one real restaurant and a poolside grill that closes early. In comparison to the Hilton down the road, it's a star to a star and a half lower in quality.

Review 49：The extra taxes and charges that get added when you pay the bill at the end. It makes the price considerably more than the booking.com quote. Breakfast was expensive and not really worth it. There are lots of nice local restaurants on the south coast of the island!

Review 50：The hotel has a fantastic location- right on one of the nicest beaches on the island! The pool is more of a paddling pool but is fine for small children. Staff were friendly and accommodating. The hotel isn't super plush but it's clean, and rooms are a good size.

The bar staff seem clueless that they are supposed to make drinks rather than greet their friends wandering through. Takes an hour and more than one call to have anything brought to the room. Forget this place!

Review 53：Regular visitor to Babados i watched this hotel complete an upgrade last year. Pebbles beach, In my opinion, is one of the best on the island. A number of vendors have also set up offering a range of beach and water sport facilities. I did hire a paddle board and went snorkelling over the wrecks that are just off shore. Half way along the beach and close to shore, you will see turtles from early afternoon. If you don't mind getting wet, you can walk under the small pier and take a lleisurely stroll along the beach into Bridgetown, or head towards the Hilton and follow the small service road that leads to the beach and walk into Rockley, passing some bars and grills along the way. If you plan to stay over a week the Barbados Yacht club is right next door and you can join to use their water sports and facilities. The race course and national museum are only a short walk away. Because I was celebrating my birthday, I planned my evening meals away from the hotel, many restaurants easily accessible by public transport including Ostins, The Gap, Bridgetown. Now, the hotel was fantastic with good customer service. Room was clean with two double beds, fridge that held 6 beers and champaign, a safe, satellite TV, 32 in screen, good shower and I liked the double sink unit. Breakfast catered for all tastes and cost around 90BB$, it was pleasant surprise for flying fish on the menu. Enjoyed my stay and hoping to return again very soon. The weather was fantastic, sun, sea and a bar and grill by the pool side.
