Review 1：Beds are very uncomfortable, and we didn't get the warmest welcome from the person on check in. Also a lot of rules pestered around. However, if it's just somewhere to put your head for a night it's fine.

Review 4：4T guesthouse was brilliant value for money. We stayed in a bungalow which was spacious and comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful and the menu options were tasty. We would definitely stay again. The pool was a real bonus!!

Review 5：Our spacious bungalow was nice and clean and the terrace was great for a drink in the evening. The restaurant served superb food for a good price also the swimmingpool was great after a day discovering the old city. Bring mosquito spray if you want to sit outside in the evenings!

Review 6：New Sukhothai is not that far to the historical park, but you need to be wary of the tuk-tuk / remorque drivers overcharging to get there, and you will definitely need to hire a driver to get there. Another thing that you need to watch out for are drivers charging you 200 baht to get to this guesthouse from the bus terminal. This is way too much and you shouldn't pay more than 100, if that, but the drivers may be averse to negotiate (surprisingly). Looking at the map, you could potentially walk from the terminal, but distances on the map are deceiving, and when the humidity is high, you may just pay the over-priced tuk tuk ride to get it over with

Review 7：Excellent value for money, serves decent food on-site, and has a great pool where you can lounge for the evening. Better location to the bus terminal than other places in New Sukhothai, and it is a short walk to the main road where Poo Restaurant and other places are located

Review 8：Very nice place. We loved sukhothai and people at the hostel were helpful, A tuc tuc waited for us at the hostel to go to the park. Good breakfast too and restaurants close by.

Next door place blasted music over loud speakers from 8 am straight until 9 pm, it was awful! And they tried to lock us out and close the gate at 9 pm! And when we first arrived, I had emailed ahead letting them know it would be late, no one was there and our tuktuk driver had to wander around to wake someone up to check us in.

To go to old city and temples it is easy to fond tuk tuk or bus for cheap price (negociate always before). Tenant is very helpfull to give tips and the swimming pool very relaxing after a day visit. Bungalow had all what we needed: a/c and hot water and was so close to the pool :)

Review 60：The pool is green and so full of algae that you can only see the first step. Not safe to swim in. The walls don't do much to block outside noise so all nearby sounds and conversations can be heard quite loudly, I slept with earplugs.

Fortunately enough, the owners woke up with the sun at 6am and gave us a room. Room is a bit small but Ok. No AC, only fan, and with this warmth it was a bit rough. Review 73：The accommodations are fairly spartan and the bungalows are rather dated, but for 400 baht/night for a fan bungalow for two, they are perfectly acceptable.

Review 74：In particular, the beds and bathrooms are clean (even if the bathroom, which was pretty bare bones to begin with, probably was ready for a remodeling many years ago). Outside, the garden complex is sort of pretty and there is a veranda restaurant. There is free wi-fi (on the veranda), a pool, and a parking area. The owner comes off as a little gruff but is a nice guy. The owner went to market in the morning and came back with banana sticky rice treats for everyone who happened to be around---a nice gesture. The owner also operates a restaurant for dinner, and although I arrived too late to eat there (the kitchen closes at 21:00), judging from the surprising variety of choices on the menu (which I perused at breakfast), the offering is as good as (and perhaps better than) most places in the not-very-big town of Sukhothai.

Review 75：Bed was uncomfortable. Not enough sun loungers around the pool. Walk from main street is dark and lots of dogs so avoid if you are on your own and it's late. Staff overall were moody and seemed like we were in the wrong to ask for more toilet paper!

We had our ownmotorcycle so it was very easy to visit the Sukhothai historical parkduring the day, and we enjoyed a lot the swimming pool afterwards! Awonderful surprise was the dinner prepared by the owners to celebratenew year together. Wonderful stay to start 2013!
