Review 1：Dingy room. The room was a bit depressing due to lack of updating. Wanted to use a bicycle offered by the hotel but the staff person waffled on the price of use so I declined.
Review 2：Good location although hotel sits on busy street. Room was clean. Staff at breakfast was very attentive to customer needs. Breakfast area pleasant. This hotel had free parking which is not always available at Redondo Beach hotels.
Review 3：There were a lot of boxes and stuff everywhere. I'm not sure if there was remodeling going on, but it was messy and cluttered.

Most of all the graciousness of the free breakfast was over the top!!!thanks again . will stay again on that alone...everyone in the cafe seemed super happy and impressed. Getting kids a good meal in the morning can be hard especially when travelling... I could feel emotion of relief from them... It's a parent thing..well done and food was healthy style to boot!!!also...late check out saved me.I had to do business till 4am.

Review 13：The fact that I'm young (21) everyone thought that I was enjoying the facilities at the hotel but not at all When you pay 3000$ for 25 days you are looking for some privacy which I didn't have at some times.

Review 15：The hotel was undergoing a refurbishment. It was noisy, we could hear other guests. I was woken at 5am by a blaring radio and was kept awake by 'indoor sports'. Poor room to room noise suppression. No in room safe.

Review 17：We made 3 bookings (15 rooms) for a group of 33 people. When our groupmade it to the hotel it turned out that from all these reservations theyonly have 7 rooms. We showed our printed condirmations with bookingnumbers and everything. They said they dont have spare rooms and thatbooking.com cancelled our reservations, though they didn't provideany proof. We asked at the reception if they still have some other roomswe could book, they said that there is only one suite and we paid for itas well. One of the lucky members who got their stay at this"hotel" came down and said the room (132) was full of antseverywhere on the bed and carpet....they said they are gonna use someinsecticide, but his daughter is asthmatic. And in turned out they haveanother room (what a miracle again!!!).At the end of the day our group is completely exhausted, we had to search for another hotel, and it is 50 minutes away from our 1st part of the group. We lost a lot of time, money and efforts to get to this other hotel since it was not our plan at all. By the way, this other hotel has roaches all over. The Booking.com still shows these three active bookings!!! Our group is devided in two, now we have to pay extra for transportation and accomodations. We felt like no one really cared!

Review 20：we couldn't arrive on time due to the flight problem. After explaining to the hotel staff, they kindly give us a full refund of the first night. This hotel is located in a quiet neighborhood,easy to find, 20-minutes driving distance from the LAX airport. There is a good mexican restaurant nearby. Breakfast is simple but meeting everything you need.
Review 21：The hotel is very well located, we did a number of day trips all over Los Angeles. Room was clean and comfortable, although the air conditioning unit was rather loud (but this was just a minor inconvenience). Staff was helpful and friendly. Breakfast was nice, but nothing special (had better before at other places), plenty of food available, but bread and pastry items were a bit stale - but this was the same everywhere in California, so this probably wasn't the hotel's fault... Overall, we had a nice 4-night long stay at the hotel. Would recommend it again.

Can walk to lots of good eating places from here, bus to LAX, 2 big shopping malls nearby, good shopping area, very relaxing place.

Review 34：No mini bar, no bar, no room service, no restaurant. The breakfast room was nearly always crowded & you had to wait for a table. The place was more like a glorified guest house. During my stay the elevator was out of action for more than half of it. I am disabled & this caused me a lot of problems. The hotel knew about this before I arrived. I asked to move room to be closer to the other elevator but the hotel was full. I was in room 205 I was attending a convention so I moved to the convention hotel for 2 nights (Fri & Sat) because I would be having a few drinks & didn't trust myself on the stairs at Best Western.

No type of hey we got you a room elsewhere, or let us help you find a room. It was just the up a creek without a paddle, sorry. Review 60：There is no shuttle service from LAX and taxis are expensive. I ended up taking a super shuttle which was really reasonable to get there.
