Review 1：No English spoken at the front desk, impossible to get help and answers. Our door did not lock at all so we had to change room after having opened our luggage. No apologies. Breakfast was promised by manager (to go, due to early flight) and of course not available when we left. Poor service and staff...
Review 2：We arrived late (2am) off the train from Erzerum, and the reception staff were awake and expecting us, which was great. The room was warm, comfortable and the breakfast was also good.
