Review 1：It was very noisy during the night and early morning because the room was on the site of the Street.I didnt enjoy the massage I paid for it, didnt make me relaxed at all.

Review 2：The staff was very nice. The food in the restaurant very tasty. The restaurant prices were very Low.

Review 3：The spa facilities of the hotel are good and very tastefully designed, plus there's a variety of medical/physio treatments available next door. The staff of Kleptuza are very friendly, although few can communicate other than in Bulgarian.

Review 6：Swimming pool is not temprature controlled. Spa & Restaurant is over priced. Reception staff doesnt speak english at all and least helpful. My rent a car battery went down so asked them for help, point blank on face they said they cant do anything neither they had number to call any mechanic. At last with the help of my mobile translator I found help and got my problem sorted out. LANGUAGE is big issue in this hotel. Not even SINGLE person speak english.

Review 14：- Facilities: the "spa" is ridiculously small comparing with the number of the rooms. The swimming pool is more like a "puddle", I am sorry but that is the true. We went downstairs several times but it was overcrowded and did not use the facilities. - NO minibar in our room! - Cleanliness: visible dust in the corners of the room; old, unstuck and smudgy carpet; dust in the bathroom; - almost no space between the toilet and the wall in the bathroom - very uncomfortable; - Staff: the lady that welcome us was very friendly with great customer service attitude; The lady on check out did not have professional attitude: one of our friends have been told that have to pay a massage they did not have - so have to wait for the massage person to resolve the issue; - on check out after telling your room number the receptionist call the housekeeper if everything is OK and than you are free to go - I understand there might be a reason for that but it does not make a good impression at all. - no possibility to pay with credit/ debit card! - Breakfast: was OK besides the "coffee"; and there is only one toaster for the use of the fully booked hotel; Not 4 stars hotel even for the Bulgarian standards.
