Review 1：The hotel was a total disaster, The hotel was over packed there was no space in the hotel, literally and thats not because of its good reputation its because 1 person pays for the room but is allowed to bring 10 other people with them for free! Reception was not helpful as they were over loaded with complaints. The hotel states that the check in is at 2pm online however, when we got there they said 4pm, it does not end there it was probably coming to 6 by the time we got to our room a whole day gone!!! they clean the rooms every 4 days which means they do not supply you with new towels every day we had to call every day and wait for hours to get clean towels ow and toilet tissues too. The shocking part was you were not allowed to get into the pool without wearing a swimming hat!! the explanation to this was for hygiene purposes, so all the other hotels i went to did not follow the hygiene procedures but this hotel. if such requirement is in place this needs to be mentioned before making the booking as no one on holiday would want to wear a swimming hat in the pool. The hotel was a total disaster, i had reserved it for 4 days and only lasted 2 days as i couldn't take it anymore.
