Review 1：The room was really cramped. With 2 people there was no place to put the second suitcase. The tiny sink area was conjested and awkward for personal items. The air conditioning was not very effective yet loud. The oversized chair looked like a recliner but was not so it took up way too much space for no advantage.

Review 2：The front desk staff was excellent and the breakfast was good. The king bed was comfortable.

Review 3：The internet connection was horrible. Could not maintain a clear connection and was unable to work (primary reason for stay). Also, a fight broke out in the hallway - no fault of hotel, just good to note.

Review 6：I've generally been reluctant to stay at Best Western motels because of how inconsistent I've found them to be over the years. Some are great, some aren't. I'm glad we stayed at this motel because it's a very nice facility. The staff was courteous. Lots of free parking. Rooms were plenty big and nicely furnished. And comfortable. WiFi was free and pretty fast. Mostly a very pleasant stay. I'd come again.

Review 8：Very comfortable room, the hotel was very quiet - great sleep. The breakfast offered at least 40 items, was nicely set up so that people weren't tripping over one another to get something. Parking was very convenient to the room - it's a very large hotel but there are so many entrances that you can park close to your room. Would definitely stay at this hotel again.

Review 9：The rooms were modern and clean. Even though it was a big facility it was easy to get to our vehicle. Loved that I could do laundry after 3 days of traveling and moving on to the next phase of our holiday.

Review 10：The building is old and currently being renovated but this information was not provided. The hallways were way too long and either old/dirty or being renovated. No information or help was given as to where the room was located so rather than parking near our room, we parked in front and it took us literally 5 minutes to get to the room from there. The room was clean and perfect, though.

Review 11：We went down for breakfast at 9 am and there was no food. the person in charge said a group of Asians had eaten all the food. the situation was acceptable. The reason we stay at best western plus is the meal that is usually provided.

Review 15：First the cleanliness!! It rained all day the first day there and the roof leaked in our room. We were moved to another room. The maintenance worker that came up when we called was so nice and also was able to get the closed captions on our t.v. as my Mom can't hear well.

Review 16：the lighting is very poor in all areas of the room. The chairs are dirty as is the carpet. Dog was barking a few doors down. We tried to get the temp. down but couldn't get it lower than 70 although we had it set down to 67 for the whole 4 days we were in the room.The air system was very noisy.

Review 80：Lady of the Rookies, too bad it was the wrong time of the year. I would love to come back and take the tour. The History behind the Lady of the Rookies is very interesting. I loved the breakfast it was very good. I am glad we stopped. Employees in the Bar was very friendly. Even though I could win anything from the machines.

Review 81：THe hotel had 4 wings to it and there were many families with kids. The kids ran around until 11pm at night and were loud. I was worried our 6 month old baby would wake up due to the noise. I would not stay here again due to the noise issue and having a very small child. Also the guest across the hall from us didn't keep his dog on a leash and that was annoying when we would take our dog out of the room.

Review 82：It was a very nice room and we loved that there was a fridge and microwave in the room also! they didn't charge a pet fee and just wanted to inspect the room before you let to make sure your pet didn't cause any damage. The staff was very friendly and the breakfast was good.

The staff was friendly and helpful with both of our dogs. Out of a 25 day trip this was by far the nicest hotel that we stayed in.
