Review 1：Dirty , we had to leave without using the beds had bugs and hair all over them , when we arrived we were told the hot tub was out of order and after leaving trying to resolve this issue personally over the phone for 2 weeks the manager never was reachable...

Review 2：The only decent part of this experience was the front desk worker who was ashamed of the facility she was representing.

Review 3：The entire building is dirty. Advertised workout room but there was none. Advertised breakfast but had almost nothing to offer. Unable to print boarding pass, no printer. Was charged an extra night and had to contact national office to get any results. Manager would not return my calls.Many times calls to main number were not answered or went to voice mail. Will never stay at this hotel again.

Review 5：The room was cold, the blankets were thin and no extras. There were only 2 towels and 2 bars of soap. I didn't care to shower there. The night stand was missing its drawer and bible to read. The breakfast was lousy, Cereal, toast or 2 waffle makers and one was inoperative. Everyone hounded the waffle maker so I ate toast. 1 waffle maker kept burning the waffles. So I helped the guests struggling to do it right with the one that did work. I asked the front desk several questions and they dodged them like they didn't understand English.

Review 6：I didn't care much for it. I needed a place to stay when I would be up there that was available. I usually stay at the Fairfield, or the Radisson, but it was just for the night.

Review 29：I was told online when booking that there were only 3 rooms left...the place was nearly empty! The traffic in and out at all hours of the morning was horrible. The same cars back and forth, they were definitely traffic-ing something through there. The hot tub was filthy. Not a place for me, and definitely not a place for kids to stay. And before you advertise that restaurant, you'd better also advertise that they close at 8pm on a Saturday night (probably because of the shady people that would be in and out of there all night if they stayed open any later).

Review 30：Staff double booked my room. Staff bothered me multiple times asking ifI was leaving. The beds were a little hard, the pillows were dirty, andkids running in the hallways early in the morning til late at night.

Ask the night person - she said we can help whatthe temperature is and if you knew how much it cost to heat that poolyou wouldnt complain. - there wasnt enough towel for everyone in the hotel-she ran out and didnt care-breakfast -the machine to hold the eggs andsausage was broken but they served cold food-no one ate-ran out ofsyrup. The whole stay was horrible and I requested my money back-ifthere would have been another hotel open- we would have left but therewas nothing in town I called numerous places.

Bed had burn holes -the whole hotel smeltlike smoke-our room was on the end and we could not regulate the heat soour room was horrible horrible hot, we opened the window but outside ourwindow - employees and drunks from the lounge attached to the hotel weresmoking by our window and it came staight in. There was never a personat the front desk - they were out smoking - we saw them.
