Review 1：The service wasn't that great - We had to pull everything out of their noses, nothing was explained to us (WIFI password, the exact location of the room, check-out time..) Also the WIFI wasn't working properly and our bathroom really could have been cleaner.

Review 2：The location is great if you have to go early to Buffalo airport - takes you about 15min by cab.

Review 3：I really didn't like that you have to pay for WiFi separately. Also, the AC in the room was very noisy and I ended up having to turn it off in order to sleep. The motel is not near any kind of public transportation so you either have to have a car or pay $$ for cabs. Also, I pretty much went to bed hungry because I arrived late and there was nowhere in or near the motel to get food. Few places that are there were all closed. I ended up just eating a granola bar. Finally, there is nothing in the rooms; no water, no toiletries (just small bar of hand soap, so bring your own shampoo, etc.), no hair dryer or microwave/coffee maker.

Review 4：The only thing I liked is that it was close to the airport. I arrived very late at night and it didn't take long to get to the hotel.

Review 5：While the hotel itself was very clean and the room was clean when I checked in, I stayed for a week and the housekeeping was terrible. They just change the towels and make the bed. They did not clean the floor or the bathroom once, even after I complained. Their housekeeping staff is very inexperienced, slow and unresponsive. The common areas, pool, lobby were very fresh and clean. They should ask pet owners to clean after their pets. I do.

Review 7：The hotel couldn't find our reservation. They wanted a confirmationnumber. I had a booking number, but that wasn't good enough. Danzellat the front desk was pleasant and tried to be as helpful as best as hecould. I had to contact Booking.com myself to see what the issue was. Itwas busy and there were a line up of people waiting to check in soit's not Danzell's fault. The hotel should have had more thanone person at the front desk. He was the only one working and it was theBills' season opener the next day.... Not smart on the hotel'spart. Bottom line.... We waited over an our to finally get a room. Itspoiled our dinner plans and no compensation from the hotel. Room wasdecent for the price. Would have been better with free wifi and fridge.

Took it only because it was for the night and I needed one closer to the airport, which would not cost me too much. If I had known I was going to get that room I would have gone for something a little more expensive at least I would have had a more comfortable night.

Review 21：The room was a bit musty like a basement and the bathroom was pretty gross. We didn't shower due to the lack of water but it would have been a flip flop kind of wash. The walls were pretty paper thin (the guy next door snored all night and doors slamming shook the room). Wireless didn't work at all even with a free code.

Review 22：Right off highway in an area with "other" things like food, coffee and breakfast. The staff was very nice and after giving Motel 6 feedback about the issues we had, I got a personal email from the Manager. They had a hot water issue which they called and told us about before our stay so there were no surprises what we were getting into. We were compensated for the lack of hot water and the free coffee in the AM actually wasn't that bad! Plenty of parking and an elevator was available.

Review 36：Me and 2 friends got a room this past weekend for a girls shopping trip. The rooms are basic. Must pay for wifi of $3 per day ( which kicks you off all the time ), towels were hard and cheap, no shampoo or conditioner provided, one bar of soap only too. The windows are so old that you heard every peep from the outside. No alarm clock either.

Review 37：Booked a non-smoking room and was given a "Non-Smoking" room. The room smelled terrible as if someone had been smoking a cigar in the room. They would not move me to another room!

Review 38：Roomed smelled of body odor as soon as I walked in the door. The duvet and fleece blanket cover were stained and was the source of the offensive smell. Went down to the front desk immediately for new sets (staff did not seemed surprised that I asked?). Made for an uncomfortable night.

Review 42：Room was basic but clean. Had just what we needed for a nights stay. Did not spend much time in our room so we only required the basics. Bring a blow dryer if you require one and don't forget your soaps and lotions (they don't provide the little bottles in your room). Other then that we were happy with the value, location and staff. We would stay again and recommend this location.

Review 44：Motel 6 still allows guess to smoke in designated rooms which they are allowed to do, but you should be allowed to select a non smoking room upon booking. First room we got upon arrival was a smoking room. I was told Motel 6 does not guarantee smoking or non smoking rooms. I had to take a single bed room (Kingsize) for my wife and two kids as that was the only non smoking room that was available.

The staff are not so friendly and overall fine but they dont take the extra step just like in other places, overpriced, there is no swimming pool even though it says on the website

Review 68：The parking situation was a bit of a nightmare. After having requested a room on the first floor, all the parking spaces near our room were taken. To make matters worse, a transport truck was parking in the parking lot, blocking about a dozen spots. We had to park at the very back of the parking lot.

I was trying to find out how far the motel was from the Bills stadium & he said he don't know because he's not a Bills fan. I don't think that was good customer service because my question had nothing to do with being a Bills fan. I'm not a Bills fan either but I have friends who are. I was about to find a different place to stay but my friends said I should just call back & reserve the rooms so I did & I found out that that there were other people there that had customer service skills.

Review 71：I was there 4 nights and my room was cleaned ONLY ONCE!!! After two days I went to the front desk and ask for cleaning. Paying WiFi is not very good idea. Every day I have to re-write the code a few times and it was disturbing. I was expecting that the code will stay in my PC for 24 hours. Also, in different place of the room was different strength of the signal. Put the room price for $3.00 higher per day and have a free WiFi with good signal.

Review 78：I loved the location of this hotel. Right in the intersection of two mail roads and right near highways. There were so many stores / restaurants near the hotel. The price for what you get was incredible too. I wish I could have stayed a few more days but they were booked up and I had to get another hotel that was more expensive but had a lower quality room. This room was really updated, modern and clean. It was also large and bright. All very important.

Review 99：when we made our reservation we requested a room on the lower level due to a walking disability. upon our arrival we were told there were no lower level rooms available. we were told the only room left was on the third floor as far away from the elevator as possible and to top it off the elevator was not working properly. after complaining profusely we were told that if we were patient a room on the lower floor would be available for us. we arrived at 4 p.m. and finally got our room at 8 p.m. we were there for 4 days with no housekeeping provided.we had to ask for clean towels. good for an overnight stay but wouldn't recommend for any extended stay.
