Reviews for Tahitian Inn & Spa Tampa
Review 1:The pool bar wasn't open during out 4 day stay. The hotel staff was great though.
Review 2:The atmosphere of the hotel was great. The pool area was amazing. The room was pretty clean and the beds were pretty comfy.
Review 3:Motel on the parking lot, no elevator, not very high quality. Restaurant/bar option limited. I ended up at the Marriott Waterside if that gives you any indication.
Review 4:Not for business travelers and not for a woman alone. Staff nicely let me out of my reservation. I understand that it has a historic background but not at all what I was looking for.
Review 5:Almost anything that could be done poorly, was. The rooms were filthy and not properly cleaned or maintained. Our feet were black from the filth on the tile. And the nice linens had someone else's long dark hair on them, probably whoever folded them. Yuck! A lightbulb fell out on top of me. A live lizard jumped on my wife when she opened up the ironing board. The outlets are so outdated that they will not properly hold anything you may need to plug in, such as a computer, wall charger, or hairdryer. We never had enough washcloths, or coffee cups, or soap. The two ice machines nearest us were both broken. Our key cards had to be rekeyed everyday because they wouldnt open the door...everyday for 4 or 5 days. They lost or never received our booking information, so the actual amount of our stay is still in dispute. And none of the four staff members I had dealings with were ever apologetic or accommodating. That would have gone a long way to make things better, but we were not so lucky... The bartender at the pool accidentally threw away someone's credit card, and proceeded to curse very loudly and repeatedly for a good couple minutes while my young son and I were looking at the pool trying to decide if we were going to go swimming. She never acknowledged us or apologized for her language. Its a pool! Gotta be aware of the kiddos! C'mon! These are some of the worst experiences I've ever had at a hotel/motel of any kind. I cannot in good conscience recommend this "Inn" to anyone. I dont like to leave poor reviews, I prefer the benefit of the doubt. But this was the most inconsistent and poorly run operation I've experienced, possibly ever! This is not a 3-star hotel....sorry.
Review 6:The quality of the linens on the beds were above par. The pool was nice and the grounds were well maintained and manicured. The lobby was inviting and is a great first impression.
Review 7:This is not a 3+ star property -- 2 would be better. The upgrades are nice but don't warrant that kind of rating, which I think is misleading. The bed covers are better than the mattress and the bathroom is really outdated and the amount of water used to get the toilet to flush is really wasteful.
Review 8:Proximity to restaurants, Starbuck's, juice bar and great neighborhood to the left to run in
Review 9:Not any help with luggage or handicap friendly. Poorly trained staff at front desk. Resturant not staffed to handle amount of customers. Not enough towels.
Review 10:The 5o's look. Size of rooms.
Review 11:Parking is horrendous, little bugs crawling in my room, tv remote didn't work properly
Review 12:Bed was very comfortable and smelled clean. The restaurant was amazing
Review 13:Yes, the staff did not want to here our major complaint about them false advertising there executive room that we purchased it advertised a king bed to us a spa tube and dvd player and a spacy rooms with couch and chairs for like living room would look. and we got none of that. We got a basic tiny room with only a full bed and the 3rd floor hallway that smwlled like a musty smell. We got charged for a executive room and only got a basic room. We told them and they told us that we were in an executive room and it is not what the pictures and writing shows online. We stayed 3 more nights elsewhere and talk to another lady that stayed there last May and she said the same thing that they gave her a similar room and she said they also falsed advertise her executive room too. I would not recommend this hotel to my dog and the staffing acted like they don't care about there customers and are out to rip there customers off because they know people like me from NH to there hotel aren;t coming back ever again so they don't care. Very cocky staffing. I will never book at a mom and pops hotel again ever.
Review 14:the was very nice as advertised
Review 15:When I booked the executive suite that supposedly slept two adults and two children. After going in room there was only one bed! Then when I asked they said they didn't know why it said that in website, offered me a nasty smoking room with two beds and no jacuzzi... We were celebrating out 11 year olds birthday and iur 17 yr old was with us... After threatening to leave I did get a blow up mattress, then there was no room InThe room... Not happy at all!
Review 16:Jacuzzi
Review 17:The Tahitian Inn is centrally located and provides good value. It is not a new place, but has been renovated to still offer a bit of mid century Florida charm. The pool is very nice and the staff was helpful.
Review 18:not sure if I got the room advertised. Executive ? advertisement reads full mini bar and seating room - the room I was in did not.
Review 19:Staff was very helpful, the room charming and the location tranquil.
Review 20:The bed wasn't too comfortable, I was expecting a little better. There was a lot of cigarette smoke at the outside pool and bar, even the bartenders were smoking while pouring drinks.
Review 21:Pool was fun, had music playing. Definitely better than any other hotel pool you could stay at in the area. Everyone was very friendly and helpful.
Review 22:The staff was friendly and helpful. I washed my laundry when the laundry soap machine wasn't working because the manager went home and got some soap and dryer sheets for me.
Review 23:I traveler with family supposes to be two bed they put one and want to charge more money for xtra bed when my reservation say family, the sales photos they use to sale the place is not what u see on the place .
Review 24:Did not like standing water in the bath tub from the night before. Ants located in the bathroom with mold. Paint bubbling due to no vents in bathrooms. There was also a pack of cigarettes found in room behind something my toddler was running around with. Crazy. When reported to the desk in the morning they just answered "Thank you for bringing that to our attention." No discount on the room for taking a morning shower in cold dirty standing water from the night before. No.. "We will address the issue."
Review 25:The pool was awesome. It had a bar, and also a live DJ most of the day. Family friendly atmosphere. Room and hotel decor was tropical fun. Perfect location in between my destinations on vacation. (Bush Gardens, zoo, and Florida aquarium.)
Review 26:Pricey restaurant but great food!!
Review 27:Was a little worried after reading some reviews, but it was great. Super nice staff over and above service! The breakfast (while it was more than I would usually spend on breakfast) was wonderful!
Review 28:Saturday night pool closed at 9 pm... Gate has swiper for guest. Should remain open until at least 11pm for guest with room key. We had to leave the comfort of our accommodations and walk to wind down the night. Although the suite was comfortable the floors had not been mopped in a while.. All tile floor
Review 29:Suite spacious and comfortable and front desk staff helpful and courteous.
Review 30:It would be nice to have a handicap rail in the tub to assist people and prevent falls.
Review 31:I stayed here during the weekend both Friday and Saturday in the Spa Tub Suite which are pretty spacious. The Spa Tub Suites are located in the building and allow for quiet time anytime of day. Located in the back is the Tiki Bar and large pool with a deep end. This is best pool I have seen at hotel. I also enjoyed the drinks prepared by Mike the bartender which are half price during Happy Hour 5-8pm along with the music and entertain on Friday. The pool is even open til 11pm but unfortunately the bar closes at 10pm. The spa tub was a great in-room amenity to have each night after fun at the pool and bar. There is no breakfast included in the price of the room however, there is a nice restaurant downstairs on the 1st floor in the Main Building that serves delicious food with breakfast until 3pm. They also serve food at the bar from the restaurant. I enjoyed the a nice breakfast with pancakes, eggs, sausage patties, and home fries in restaurant. I also enjoyed the wings at the bar. Margaritas are the best cocktails but Mike can make anything. I was informed that high season is in the winter time even though the Tahitian Inn is booked full on weekends regardless. I would love to stay here again soon.
Review 32:Restaurant closed on Sunday night when I arrived, has kitchenette (sink, microwave) but no plates, forks, knives, ----fingerfood only!
Review 33:Nice staff, Airport Shuttle
Review 34:Everything was great!!
Review 35:The staff was very friendly and polite. Hotel was visibly older but the rooms were very modern and clean. Island feel and pool side was awesome!
Review 36:Customer service wasn't good, we had a room where the air conditioner was broke and I had to insist in getting our room switched, because they just wanted to keep coming up to fix it, after they had tried and it still didn't work. Also, so many people at the pool being careless, taking up parking, throwing garbage on the ground and throwing up in the parking lot, all because they let anyone use the pool as long as they make a minimum purchase at the bar/restaurant. As a guest in the hotel, this really downgraded our visit, since apparently you only need to buy a $3 drink to take over the bar and pool area. It ruins it for people there trying to get away and enjoy comfort.
Review 37:I like the tile flooring in the rooms, and the hotel was close to where we wanted to be.
Review 38:The bar and restaurant were both closed by the time we checked in (about 7:30pm on a Sunday, to be fair) Without either of those amenities, it's just kind of an old hotel in what seemed like a kind of sketchy spot.
Review 39:The location's proximity to a lot of Tampa's attractions.
Review 40:FALSE ADVERTISING! My husband and I reserved an executive room which was to include a King size bed, which we did not get, no DVD player in the room, poor cable channels, and we requested a city view and was stuck with a side view of a bush directly in front of the balcony window. Also there was no minibar as stated inside the room either.
Review 41:The hotel was located close to everything. Easy access to stores, movie theater, mall, amusement park.
Review 42:Room was very small - had a pak n play for the grandchild, and there was no space after we opened it up. Not any comfortable chairs in the room.
Review 43:Bed was very comfortable and bathroom was updated. Staff was extremely nice and helpful.
Review 44:air conditioner was broken for 35 hours sliders wouldn't open to balconey poor room service faucet was falling out of bath tub no florida resident rates
Review 45:he pool
Review 46:Not being a couple anymore we booked a room with two beds. We got in late Friday night and found a nice room with one king bed. Yes, I could have gone back and complained but it was 11:00 and we'd been on the road for several hours and our 19 month old was tired.
Review 47:There was no ventilation in the bathroom, towels, bathing suits etc. would never dry. Bathroom also had a constant musty odor because of no ventilation. There should at least be an exhaust fan in there.
Review 48:The pool area was very nice.
Review 49:No elevator. I had two rooms for two nights and they had to make it very complicated because their software doesn't handle multiple rooms in on folio. It made me feel like I was getting double charged, but in the end they refunded me properly.
Review 50:Friendly staff. Big rooms. Old but kept up,
Review 51:The bathrooms are very outdated and stained. Needs updating. The beds were hard and the pillows were. A complete joke,my book was thicker than the pillows.we were located next to the pool and the garbage a d the outdated and dirty ice machine.
Review 52:The outside of the hotel
Review 53:Pictures were disappointing. Old. Not the ambiance pictures showed. Said it was a hotel but it was a motel with doors open to the outside.
Review 54:Location was nice
Review 55:Maid staff didn't speak English and made rude gestures to me when I asked where the ice was (holding the ice bucket).
Review 56:Loved the grounds, pool and Tiki Bar. Bartender was great!
Review 57:Breakfast was not included in our stay. The tile floored room and wicker chair was not comfort. The air conditioning was not very cool and the shower water pressure was terrible.
Review 58:pool
Review 59:Motel feel, only 2 stories so anyone making noise in parking lot can be heard throughout the inn. We didn't sleep well because of that. Then Saturday at 8am there was some ridiculously loud work being done so no relaxing sleep in. Baby didn't appreciate that.
Review 60:Appearances were nice, everything looked athletically pleasing. Nice pool area
Review 61:The 275 exit was closed that would normally take you directly to the hotel. When I called for an alternative route I was initially told that was the only way. Turns out someone else working told the woman who answered how to get me there. I specifically asked for non smoking room because I have severe allergies and I told them that information. I was placed in non-smoking but I was surrounded by smokers. I had difficulties breathing all night so I didn't get to sleep until around 4 AM. Lucky me, housekeeping decides to start screaming to each other around 8 AM. I stayed here to rest after driving 8 hours so I would be well rested but the experience was horrible. To top it off they charged me more for the room so I had to go to the front desk and have it changed. There were also little mosquitoes that bit me in my room.
Review 62:The room was fairly clean and the morning staff was very nice and helpful. It looks like at one time it was a beautiful place to stay.
Review 63:Had late check-in and night clerk entered cc info incorrectly, sooo...was awakened early in am because they wanted payment. ...that was day one of a two day stay....was offered a weak apology and a $10 discount on the total bill. ...would have preferred uninterrupted sleep!!!!
Review 64:they seem to have an influx of undesirable people who hang out there on the weekend but are not residents of the hotel. Normally that would not bother me but there was a fight at the pool on friday where a knife was pulled and subsequently the pool was shut down at 6pm. Additonally there continued to be disturbances all night long with people running up and down the hall ways and yelling etc. til aprox 2a.m. the only saving grace was that I was comped for the 2nd night. I used to reside in the tampa area and was very familiar with this hotel and the locals and now it's a whole different clientel and not in a good way.
Review 65:Most of the staff was very courteous and helpful
Review 66:Extremely noisy too many loud children, ice machine but I was right next to pool a room away from the pool area probably would not have been as noisy
Review 67:Near where I had to be comfortable
Review 68:The hotel looked a lot better in the pictures, and it definitely was not what we expected. It was not that great, and we won't stay there again. The staff was nice, but we didn't really have to deal with anyone except the front desk. We drove up and instantly thought that we should've booked somewhere else.
Review 69:The room was clean for the most part, which is very important.
Review 70:We relaxed by the pool and tiki bar... Everyone is so friendly! Loved being picked up at the airport and the next day driven to the cruise terminal! Less stress for everyone!
Review 71:Had to carry luggage up/down stairs of older building, thin walls, very loud!
Review 72:The staff was friendly, the bed was comfortable, and the room floor was tiled...no damp carpeting:)
Review 73:The rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable! Microwave and fridge. Super friendly staff. Excellent pool area. Lots of restaurants close and a Extreme Smoothie next door (make sure you try them the first day you'll want more). This was an incredible deal for the price!
Review 74:piece of hair was embedded on the wall near the bath tub, tile floor was noisy, air conditioner was noisy, bed was ridiculously uncomfortable and squeaky, coffee was not free.
Review 75:Charming boutique hotel--lovely property--great pick-up service from airport and to cruise port. (van driver was very knowledgeable about the history of Tampa and pointed out some landmarks and interesting buildings.)
Review 76:Staff member could not find my reservation when they had already charge my account weeks before my arrival and was not very friendly. I will never return. Room: Roaches Bathroom-Mold
Review 77:Pool area was nice
Review 78:That next to or room at 4 o'clock in the morning the kids that were next to us were screaming and was very annoying.
Review 79:That is very nice by the out side and inside the pool area was very nice to
Review 80:The only thing that I didn't like is that they had installed a low-flow showerhead in the room. There was no water pressure AT ALL, so the shower was more of a "gentle mist" and it took forever to rinse my hair out. There was no way to adjust or move the water to make it work better, either, so it was a bit of a bummer.
Review 81:Stayed in the King Room on a Saturday. Room was very clean with nice tile floors & very spacious. Bed was comfy & pool area is super nice. Staff was friendly & attentive at front desk & stay was very pleasant.
Review 82:Our room looked nothing like the photos online. It was old, and many of the electrical outlets didn't work or were hanging off the wall. Property has a small pool but it was crowded and loud. Not a place to go and relax.
Review 83:Location was good and the room was big.
Review 84:Room was filthy. Beds were clean but ceramic floors caused feet and white socks to turn black in minutes of walking on them. Bathroom had mold and hair on backside of door as well as hair on towels.
Review 85:Proximity to airport
Review 86:You can't not like this place.
Review 87:The room was nice and a good size. The room location near the Tiki Bar was perfect. Your food and portions are amazing. Staff is very friendly and helpful.
Review 88:There was a private birthday party the night we stayed that took up the main restaurant. So instead we ordered room service. We ended up getting it but after they said that they were hosting an event... So I guess we were an exception to delivery because the event hadnt really started yet. I suppose if if it had we would have just been SOL.
Review 89:It was a quaint little place, has a bed and breakfast feel
Review 90:Had a wonderful stay prior to and after our cruise- although, I do have a complaint, the air conditioning unit in room 220 was beyond noisy. Could not even hear the tv. Did not want to turn it up too loud for fear of disrupting other patrons. Very hard to sleep- other than that- could not ask for a better stay.
Review 91:Relaxing atmosphere- the staff goes out of their way to satisfy the customer!!!
Review 92:The shower water pressure was too weak. I wasn't too happy with that. The TV/Cable had a lot of interference so not able to enjoy a show or the news.
Review 93:For my purposes the hotel was fine. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. I didn't stay more than one night, so too short a time get a better feel for it.
Review 94:Good location, within walking distance to restaurants and necessity shops. Free airport and cruise shuttle, a great cafe and pool. Clean, neat rooms and friendly service :)
Review 95:I got a King Room and i know all the rooms are different. I felt that the $110 i paid for the room it should've been better. All this unnecessary space in the rooms. The bartender wasn't good at making drinks. For what i paid it wasn't worth it at all. I've paid cheaper for better hotels before...
Review 96:I liked the area because it was close to stores and restaurants. I liked how the outside and the pool area looked of the hotel...
Review 97:Smoking at pool. Bleach smell in rooms. Shuttle didn't run when you were ready so had to take a taxi.
Review 98:Restaurant, Sybil, waitress who sang Karaoke Neighborhood behind hotel was lovely for running to bay Trader Joes, 2 blocks away, Starbucks 1 block
Review 99:I had absolutely no complaints.
Review 100:The tower rooms are really nice, spacious and clean. I loved the tile floors. It's really hard to beat for the money, and their transportation to the cruise lines is very convenient.
Review 101:The swimming pool water wasn't warm enough for a chilli night leisure.
Review 102:Comfort, much modern facilities than usual americans hotels and the wifi speed was a differential.
Review 103:Nothing.
Review 104:Restaurant, pool, bar and staff were all very good. The shuttle bus driver was very friendly and helpful. Would recommend this hotel any time.
Review 105:Wifi wasn't secure. No problems otherwise.
Review 106:Close to the airport, Trader Joes, post office, easy to go in all directions. Nice room. Quiet at night. Attractive. Clean. Friendly staff.
Review 107:Accessing the WiFi was horrible. The bath towels were thin and small. The neighboring room had a lot of traffic and noise until late into the night.
Review 108:The price was excellent for the hotel. It was very close to the Tampa Convention Center 3.4 miles.
Review 109:The room I was originally booked in to had an awful either musty or smoke smell. The Inn is also fairly old and I wouldn't recommend staying here if you're used to the finer things in life. After my first night I inquired at the front desk if there was something that could possibly be done about the musty smell in my room. I have severe allergies and couldn't see myself staying in that room. They told me they didn't have any other rooms to put me in, but would send maintenance. Maintenance came, found some old musty dryer sheets stuffed into the AC box unit and then promptly went to the office and low and behold, I was put into a different room. I was glad for the change and felt immediately better, but felt like the woman at the front desk originally lied to me. The rest of the stay was good.
Review 110:The staff was helpful and fairly accommodating. The Inn is at a fairly good location, close to the airport and down town Tampa.
Review 111:I stayed at the hotel because I was on a business trip and it was my first time in Tampa. Not being familiar with the area I chose a hotel based on the photographs provided on the website. I became concerned when I arrived because the area of town, in which the hotel is located, is not a very nice one and the atmosphere was very different than what the pictures reflected. When making the reservations I informed the sales rep. That I was traveling from Ohio and would need access to my room prior to the scheduled time of check in. Needless to say my room was unavailable and I had to wait in the lobby until it was ready. I was not impressed with the hotel as a matter of fact I was disappointed. I didn't have hot water my entire stay despite telling the front desk that there wasn't any hot water in my room. I would not stay there again.
Review 112:The room was old with dated furniture and old bathroom decor and plumbing.
Review 113:Attended event at Amalee Arena ... Perfect location for a quick drive and good nights sleep! Hotel was old but clean and well cared for! Restaurant and pool bar were added bonuses! Quiet, yet walking distance to stores and restaurants!! Special quaint feel ...
Review 114:No breakfast included but there's a Starbucks beside the hotel. The hotel was central for our needs but maybe for some it's location is far out from downtown or retail shops.
Review 115:Great room, spacious, comfortable bed.loved the little gym too. nice staff and pleasant people all around the hotel.
Review 116:I was told that locals were welcome at the pool and car loads of kids came on the weekend. the pool should be for the convenience of customer. I will not be returning to this inn again.
Review 117:I just have to share why I couldn't give all good ratings in the categories. I was travelling with a friend for a local conference. We were originally placed on our two night stay in a room on the second floor with an outdoor entrance ( we were not aware the hotel had outdoor room entrances) and the room was older, with older furniture, fixtures, sink, tub, tile- all old. It was clean and the beds had good linens and were comfortable so we just accepted the outdoor entrance and older set up, even thought the pictures on line showed a much different version. We encountered a few more problems the first night though, with not being able to gain entry to our room with the key card twice and having to walk to the main building to the office to get our cards reset. I also was noticing little tiny ants around my bathroom sink. The final downfall of being able to accept things was the lack of hot water at the evening shower and then again the next morning. We at that point decided it best to ask for a change of rooms, whether it be considered an upgrade or not. We felt we surely were not getting our 99.00 per night worth with ants, lukewarm water and key cards that didn't work...I requested a room in the main building the first night as we were locked out coming in from the conference at 11 and having to go to the front, but the gentlemen on duty said there were no rooms in the main building with double beds- so it being late and not wanting to have to pay for seperate rooms with queens we just went back and went to bed. The next morning after no hot shower I decided we were getting upgraded or placed in better rooms or we would just spend our second night in another establishment. The morning attendendant at the front desk was very attentive to my request of a new room and stated there was a room available with two queen beds in the main building and she would clear it with management and call us when it was approved.
Review 118:Walls very thin, so noise level was easy to hear across rooms- However, the staff accommodated us in late night options.
Review 119:The bartender, Mike! He was the best!!
Review 120:Front desk said room was clean. We to get luggage and when I returned to room housekeeping unlocked room and was inside cleaning. We were delayed getting into our room.
Review 121:Bathroom still had hairs in it from past guests. Towel bar was broken and so was drawer on the desk. I would stay again because I feel these were minor things. Overall I was happy with my stay.
Review 122:The pool was great. Beautifully decorated in the tiki motif. Beds were really comfy.
Review 123:The room smells like mold. They have individual air conditioning unit that made noise every 30 mins. Bathroom sink was clogged.
Review 124:The staff was very nice and friendly.
Review 125:When we arrived our reservation was honored but there were no more 2 queen beds that we booked. We had four people and there was only a King. We were told it was because they were overbooked, presumably by online bookings. The staff actually went out and bought us a queen air mattress so they totally took care of us.
Review 126:The Tahitian Inn is truly a hidden treasure in South Tampa! We have stayed there twice and it is wonderful, especially the executive king rooms. The first time we stayed, some hang-up clothing was left by mistake, and they kept it for us until our return! If you like a nice quiet bar, go inside to the restaurant bar, and have Sybil as your guide to the most wonderful cocktails for happy hour! Breakfast by the waterfall Koi pond is wonderful in the morning!
Review 127:Upon arrival the reservation that I had made days in advanced was all screwed up all of a sudden the room I reserved was no longer available so we had to take whatever they had. That's bad business and I would never stay at this location again.
Review 128:I must admit I loved the koi pond
Review 129:From the moment we pulled up to the parking lot and saw the extremely outdated sign, I knew we were in trouble. The hotel's computer systems had been "down" for over a week and they had no record of our reservation. The first lady that we encountered in Reception was extremely rude and told us that we would have to wait for at least an hour for them to prepare our room (since they didn't have our reservation on file). When we returned an hour later and arrived at our room, the first thing that we noticed was that it looked like the hotel was cool about 30 years ago, but has since had ABSOLUTELY NO style updates. This place needs some serious decorating reformation. We decided to go to the pool to relax...while changing in the bathroom, we noticed an infestation of ants (they were most unwelcome guests and we with us for the entirety of our stay). Then, there was the pool.....the pool was extremely noisy (there was a middle aged DJ)..it was also full of middle aged drunk people trying to flirt with each other....DEFINITELY not family friendly....CERTAINLY not the place to sit and read a book or relax in the sun. The bed was extremely hard and uncomfortable and the second night there, we woke up with bedbug bites all over our arms and legs! DO NOT STAY HERE.....GROSS GROSS GROSS!!!!!
Review 130:The second lady that we dealt with in Reception was nice enough. The location was fairly central and worked out great for us.
Review 131:I love the staff first off! Everyone made you feel like your home. I met the owner at the pool party and he's awesome! The bartender was the bomb! Just talking to him made me feel like we knew each other for years. The room was comfy and we will definently be back very soon
Review 132:The computers were down upon check-in and check-out (which was 2 days later). Because of this they had to make a copy of my credit card which I was not comfortable with and they were unable to give me a receipt for my stay on leaving (unable to verify charges, etc.) They ran out of washcloths and they brought us hand towels to use instead?! Did not like that there were ash trays along the outer walkways outside the hotel rooms even if you chose a non-smoking room. Also, upon checking in I stated I wanted non-smoking (my son and I suffer from asthma) they clearly gave me a smoking room and I asked to switch my room to another which I still had to wait another 20 minutes even though it was well beyond our check-in time. Also, upon checking out it seems one of their employees took $50 from a customer without reason and never marked it on the book (shady).
Review 133:The beds were comfortable for sleeping and the toiletries they provided were nice to use.
