Review 1：I did not like cockroaches found in the room, I told the receptionist and he told me I was going to change rooms and did not.the price was also paid $ 67 and then $ 86 What happened.
Review 2：The place is neighbor to a cementery. This fact alone should keep you away. The outside was horrible but decided to give it a try. The elevator was not working. As soon as we got in the room there was a very bad weird smell. When my friend took the covers from the bed there were a lot of stains and a lot of hair on the sheets. The bathroom had a burnt hole and we didn't even started. We left. Of course there's no money back and I can see why. I did not tell my friend because she would've freaked out more. But I felt itchy while driving to find a new place to stay.
Review 3：The toilet was not cleaned, there was no light in the bathroom, the toilet seat was laying in the room instead of being in the bathroom when we entered the room, in one towel there was still abundant black hair from the former guest and the blanket was very thin so it was cold during the night. When we confronted the staff with our complaints we just got a new light bulb and apologies but no efforts were made to clean up or help in any other way.

Review 5：The staff members are really nice. Room was really clean. But the towel rack bar was broken on thre sides in the middle. If I didn't move the towels I would of hung onto it to brace myaelf as I took off my clothes. The toilet seat screw hole are was broken apart so tbe sit could swing to and froe.
Review 6：No hot water for showering and the shower was plugged up. No working tv remote and the TV wasn't working properly. Roaches were crawling on the wall, and the phone wasn't working.

Review 24：The facilities are one step up from homelessness. I think most of the residents are barely scraping by. The rooms don't have phones and no remote control until you ask for it.
Review 25：The people were so nice and helpful, even the residents. Yes, there are people who live in the back rooms over the parking lot. They all came out to help me turn around my U Haul truck and trailer with car with advice and support.

Review 27：Everything was hideous. Ice machine was broken. Towel rack in bathroom was broken. They gave me four wifi codes that did not work. The phone in the room did not work. The owner yelled at me when I asked about the wifi code. The owners name is Mitch and I asked him for a refund after he told me to get the F out of his hotel because I asked for ice. So I asked for a refund and he said there was absolutely no refunds. The place should be shut down. Owner should never be allowed to own a hotel. Ever.

Review 32：When we arrived in the room it was vert dirty. The floor was covered with white spots. Inside the bed there was hair everywhere. We asked for a refund but it isn t in their policy and they won t refund us. So we asked for an other room again the bed was full of hair.
Review 33：The location is rough area. The first thing we saw when we arrived was a police officer arresting someone. He told us to not leave the room and don't talk to anyone. We were told to call 911 as soon as something strange happens. Out toilet was blocked the whole time, I had to ask twice until someone came to "fix" it but nothing changed. The bed was old and the sheets were dirty. The service lady was not friendly and far from fluent in english.

They do not give you a remote for the t.v. you have to pay extra for that which they do not tell you until you mention that the room does not have a remote. The location is not in a nice area of the city. It is in the ghetto. The room is small and the bath tub was stained. The staff is not that friendly. I will NEVER stay there again. Very unhappy.

Review 51：Incompetent staff could not find our reservation from Bookings.com, so we were charged for no show the next day. The room had a chemical aroma and the sink smelled of sewer gas and had no stopper. The freeway noise was constant and loud. Only two electrical outlets in entire room. One of three light bulbs working over the sink. The room had 3 towels in it - we asked and did receive a few more towels but no face towels were available. The ice machine did not work and the hotel did not offer ice from another source. TV remote did not work but was replaced with a working unit. Furniture was in a state of disrepair. Hotel provided WiFi code did not work. Staff could not give directions to local attractions.

Review 57：We are so dissapointed. The worst hotel which we have ever visited. We booked room for 4 people. In the room was just two towels - dirty! We asked them for two other - again dirty. Just two face soaps for 4 people. no shower cream, no shampoo. In descibrition was refrigerator. We bought food, but we had to put it to the trash, because here was noone. In bathroom was hair on the tiles, extrem smell of the urine. In the room also. We had to take shower with flip-flops, because bath was dirty. The most disgusting thing was cockroaches! We came to the hotel around 9 pm. we was too exhausted to ask them for changing room. We did not suspect that they could give us better room. WiFi - was not working. We could not plan our trip for next day. Bed sheets - dirty. We had non-smoking room, but we felt smoke in the room. Weird individualists around hotel. When we get out from the car some person was whistling to us song from Kill Bill. It was very creepy. We was afraid to stay here. The worst experience which we have ever had with accommodation (we visited a lot of cheap hotels in the USA).
Review 58：I did not like how the staff team deny our payment of using a prepaid visa after using it for a week. I believe that all of your staff needs to be on the same page if you want to provide excellent customer service.

Freeway noise all night long. People loitering in the parking lot and in front of the motel. Disturbance in early morning (man shouting obscenities for 10+ minutes) until police arrived.
