Review 1：Some of the guests made a lot of noise late at night. I also got woken up by someone blasting their speakers which reverberated through the entire hotel... not necessarily an issue with the hotel but with that guest or whoever that was.
Review 2：Staff was great, the place was clean and tidy. Lots of parking was available.
Review 3：Very noisy. Could hear outside street all night plus all the neighbours. We were woken up early every morning by the traffic. The shower was the opposite of a power shower, I would call it a light drizzle shower.

Review 7：stairs and hallways are dirty, a lot of cigarette butts, a lot of smoking people even in front of your room toilet was not cleaned during all stay (ah-ah-ah), the same for the shower wall saving on everything: no hairdryer (promised), no clothes hangers (!!!), toiletries are poor: soap in too small to be used, dispensers with shampoo and liquid soap are either empty or non working. towels and linens are too old and full of holes

Review 9：It was previously a smoking room and still stank. No coffee maker, iron, ironing board, CLOCK, or full length mirror. GFI popped every time I tried to plug in my razor; only one wash cloth for the two of us; requested fresh towels...never arrived.

Review 30：There was no running water because they were doing someplumbing/garden work. They did not inform me of this until I saw anote on my door as I entered my room after check in. The note said thewater would be running again at 4pm. The wedding was at 5:30pm. As of5:15pm, still no running water. No shower before I had to put on a suitand go to a wedding after a day of travel to get to LA....all bad. Ohyea...no iron.... I've accepted in life that you get what you payfor....but...in this case I paid too much.

Review 37：Comfortable bed, check. Helpful staff, check. Awesome two person jacuzzi in the middle of our room, check. Recently upgraded, the Redondo Pier Inn was a treat to stay in - the decor was fun, the room was spacious and comfortable and it was only a short walk to the beach/pier.
Review 38：The location on the street was noisy. The walls were thin, as well. The "wood" floors looked good, but we're noisy. The clientele here was somewhat shady, to say the least. We actually moved a table in front of the door...first time ever to do this! The outside was a mess!(under construction)

Review 53：The facility is in a outstanding location. Having been remodeled recently makes it a FAR better hotel compared to the others along PCH in the same price range. As a frequent traveler I know what to expect and this met my expectations perfectly.
Review 54：We were handed our keys to our room when we checked in and promptly walked in on two other people that were already in the room. Turns out this was the norm for the weekend as two more of the friends we were traveling with had their reservations recorded wrong. Staff was friendly enough to fix but there was no offer of compensation for any of the inconveniences.

Review 60：Didn't provide any information that the pool was not working! It wasn't on their website and they didn't tell us upon check in!! The pool was our main reason for booking with them! I was angry! We didn't switch hotels because already checked in and by then other motels were now twice the price because last minute on a weekend! Balcony at least made it manageable!! But didn't have balcony at check in until very nice (I think owner) found one for us this was before knew about the pool! His thoughtfulness helped keep us there.

Parking was rediculous both times we got the last avaliable spot and it was hard to fit my SUV in them. Felt like it was being run by a drug cartel, trashy workers seemed like they were x convicts running the place.

Review 68：This was a bait and switch. I booked a suite which was to have a king bed, a sofa, a spa tub, and a dining area. I got 2 queens, no sofa, no chairs, no spa tub. They advertised a pool and hot tub. None existed. The closet was unusable as it had no rod. The tub was so slippery I nearly fell. There were holes in the wall where I could see daylight. The room was not completely painted. The floor was not carpeted. There were no tissues in the room. There was not even an ice bucket. To top it off they tried to charge me fifty dollars more than the quoted rate.
