Review 1：We booed a twin room with fan but when we arrived they didn't have it so we had to upgrade to a twin room with AC. In the room there are two bathrooms, one with toilet and shower, the other one with only a sink. (So there is no sink by the toilet.)
Review 2：Nice guesthouse and nice staff. They can arrange bicycle tour around the old city.
Review 3：Unfortunately they have small lagoon near the house, which means so much mosquitos in rooms (no mosquito nets in rooms).
Review 4：Nice room for the good price. Quite big bed, everything was clean. It was possible to check in later without any problems.
Review 5：Bungalows are located at far end of a dingy car park, are poorly lit, have no clothing storage (or towel racks), have no wifi, and are in poor maintenance. Mosquito netting is only partally effective. Management is imperious.

Review 9：The only weird thing is there's no curtains or blinds on the room with the sink - so if you're trying to wash your face in the morning you're looking straight out at anyone in the lane outside.
Review 10：Most conveniently located guesthouse in the new city for visiting old city & the historical park - the bus stop is easy to find. My tuk tuk driver from the main bus station knew exactly where it was too. Lovely big bed, pretty room.

Review 13：Very nice and centrally located guesthouse with very friendly service. We stayed at one of the bungalows and loved it. Travelling with 2 small kids (9 and 6 years old).
Review 14：There was a misunderstanding with booking.com information and what we found, since we booked a room with balcony and unfortunately we didnt have one. We told the staff about it and they corrected it online. The sink and the toilet are not in the same room.
Review 15：We received lots of useful information from the staff and they booked a nice cycling tour (cycling sukothai historical park tour) for us. We also enjoyed the breakfast in the nice front sitting area. The breakfast was not included but delicious and reasonably priced. They also changed our towels and the room was clean.
Review 16：We could not check in until 2pm and then checkout was at 11am. Not even 24 hours! We needed to get up early and they locked our motorbike inside of the gates. We had to wake the staff up to get out.

Review 21：Nice owner, helps you with advice. Towels get changed every day. Cheaper rooms without window (there is a window in the bathroom though) and you can also relax in the comfy seating area/restaurant any time, so that's not really a downside.

Review 50：the room was advertised with a "private balcony" which is a bit of a joke as the room has no balcony! The place seens to suffer a bit from the Lonely Planet effect, so everything is slightly more expensive than in the surrounding establishements. For instance, right next door you could get a private bungalow for 320 baht, at TR they start at 450. Clothes washings costs 50 baht per kilo, next door you pay 40 baht, same for a motorbike. Also our toilet clogged on a daily basis which was a bit of a hassle.

Review 52：I got there early in the morning and could check-in early without having to pay extra money. I felt very welcome right away. I stayed in a bungalow in the garden which was just lovely and the bed was like heaven on earth - especially after having spent the night in the bus. I would definitely love to come back.
Review 53：The wifi is a bit slower in the bungalows but it is still ok. There is dance lesson started at 5am nearby and you can hear the music if not using ear-plugs!
Review 54：I had book for the standard room, which is very functional, no decoration, no window but a door than opens on a kind of window given on the side road. So i upgraded in bungalow. Boss was really professionnal and had lots of understanding. Was ready to keep me my room for 30minutes, the time i visit another guesthouse, and reimburse me after. Bungalow are nice decorated, all in wood. Good bed and toilets separated from shower by a wall. A small private balcony. Very clean. Very good position just 2min.from 7/11. Tuktuk waiting in front of the guesthouse even at 6am. To eat I advise you to go to Pai Guesthouse or after the bridge to one of the several street food "restaurants" (cheap and good but perhaps not enough for european stomachs!). Never tried the breakfast at the guesthouse as I was out for visit very early! Laundry: 50bath/kilo. Done in 1day (smells good!!).
Review 55：It is very quiet place so if you want to party, don't go there. Our friends were kicked out because we wanted to store our baggage in the room until evening when we were leaving. Although having tickets for the night bus the owner did not believe us and was afraid probably that we will stay over without paying.

Review 123：Bathroom had no sink. Sink was in a room next door. The conduct of the sink led / ended in the room itself - the the wastewater ran in the corner and from there it began to spread out on the ground. Room with the sink had no mirror - you couldn't shave there so you had to shave in the bathroom but there was no sink, so you had to use the water from the shower .... Oh, it was really an adventure!
