Review 1：The condition of the rooms are little bit old...

Review 2：The Hotel' location is in a very good area the heart of Kayseri, maybe the best place. The owner and receptionists are very kind and helpful! Breakfast very delicious most the bread! We travelled to Antalya and they let us to use their computer booking of the hotels and helped us during our staying.Thank you everything guys!

Review 3：- The room and bathroom was not too clean - It strongly smelled like bleach cleaner in the room - Sheets were not ironed and very creasy - Breakfast is not something that gets a a refill, so be on time... And it gets cold. - Shower was stitched together from 2 different doors. While we didn't care much about how it looks, we did care that one of these doors did not fit in and could fall on our bare feet any time. - We asked about the parking way before we arrived (and got a confirmation by the hotel). Once we were there, the guys seemed like this is something new to them. We did get a space to park on the street next to hotel afterwards - I wouldn't call that a parking, but technically, yes there is a space.

Review 10：The staff were very friendly and helpful even when I was feeling ill offering help. It was only a few minutes from the main town square and central attractions.

Review 11：There was no mini bar as stated in their advertisement. In fact the refrigerator didn't work. My husband found an empty room and switched them. We had serious problems with the TV which required several calls to the front desk. They claimed to be able to arrange ski lessons for us which was the purpose for our trip but they never managed to do that. We had to drive to Erciyes and make our own arrangements. Very disappointing.

Review 15：location, conditions and the breakfast are the most important things need to be looked for in any hotel. location was really the best. breakfast far the best breakfast ever you may have in any hotel. except of small issues, I definately recommend anyone who wanna visit kayseri. just half hour to the mountain erciyes.

Review 38：Missing shower door. Water bottle that sat on the ground which was used in place of a broken soap dispenser. In our first room the AC didn't work (it was 29 degrees C in the room) told staff and was assisted by staff members on 2 seperate occaaions who pushed a few buttons on the remote and told us to wait 30 minutes. (We had been waiting 2 hours at this point). There were water damage marks on the walls and sunflower seed shells left on the floor. We were able to change rooms. Our second room had a broken shower door handle and a cigarette butt left on the window sill. When we checked out, we were told that they did not accept foreign credit cards (even though booking.com stated that they accepted credit cards). I paid in cash and was told 145 Turkish lira. When I asked for a receipt, the receptionist reluctantly printed it out and gave me a further 9 lira back as the receipt stated the room charge was actually 136 lira (not 145 lira, which I had originally paid).

Review 40：even it is a cheap hotel you can expect some standards. the rooms seemed dirty all furniture was old. the pictures of the homepage and on the booking platforms must be very old cause the hotel doesn't look like the pictures at all. the curtains were so dirty we didn't want to touch them. the pillows in the bed were tiny that it was like sleeping without a pillow. the staff was not helping at all and there was absolutely no service. even when we asked for another pillow the replied that they bring it but nothing happened. the staff always looked bored and were more busy with private conversations than with the guests. the breakfast was horrible. we were in the hotel for three days and we could tell that nothing of the so called "fresh" stuff like cheese or salami was exchanged. they just put the stuff from the last days on the buffet. all the vegetables looked really old. in the room the soap dispenser was broken und the shelf under the mirrow was hanging down so that you couldnt use it. the supplied shampoo was horrible. my head started itching after using it. there was no ventilation on the bathroom and no window. there was always a really bad smell in the elevator and it seemed like no one cared about it from the staff. staff was not very friendly. no one ever said good morning or even just hello. even for a cheap hotel this should not be too much to ask for. alltogether i would totally NOT recommend this hotel to anyone. we are a very easy couple but the experience in this hotel was so bad that we did our first review on booking.com to help others with their decision and tell them about the bad condition of this hotel.
