Review 1：The service in the restaurant was very random and not very efficient.

Review 2：The location of the resort was fantastic with the most beautiful views! Can't be beaten! Some of the staff were lovely some not so! On the whole the food was generally good and reasonably priced.

Review 4：Perfect architecture and landscape design. Breathtaking view of the mediterranean from every corner through mature plants. Nothing ugly in sight.

Review 5：Villa poorly maintained and in our one week holiday we had problems with a gas leak, broken air conditioning, no wi fi except at reception, and being fobbed off each day that we tried to get these issues resolved. A formal complaint has been made. Sadly the junior staff and the guests both let down by incompetent management.

Review 7：An enormous amount of steps and steep hill, but shuttle available on the road, however not to the individual villas! Non existent Wi-fi in villas but good reception in the hotel.

Review 9：When we arrived the resort was not ready for us!. Although we went the week before the season really started we still expected the pool to be ready as that is what we booked and what we paid for. However after a lot of hassling and persuasion the pool was finally ready for swimming on day 6 of our 7 day stay. the main pool was not ready until day 4. The site was a building site with rubble everywhere. Some of The steps were uneven and full rubble and very dangerous. The lighting was extremely poor (non existent in some areas on very steep steps) to our villa and hence very dangerous. The manager was extremely unhelpful and avoided us when we tried complaining. We were even told we shouldn't be on the grass outside our villa as 'it was not ready'. I don't think they should offer villas for rent if the site around the villa and the villa itself is not ready for guests. We did not expect all the facilities to be up and running but we should have been provided with the villa we booked (with a working pool) and the areas around the villa made safe.

Review 11：Is an old complex. The villa we were in was needing a good update,everything was old and well used, paint coming off the walls etc, butthey were getting ready for th season starting. Stairs outside verydangerous if not 100% fit.

Review 17：The manager manipulated while checking in by showing the apartment without a kitchen, just with a fridge. He said all apartments are like this. He offered more expensive one. When we insisted and reminded that we booked an apartment with a kitchen, he finally gave us a key from an apt with the kitchen. Last two days we did not have hot water and they did not managed to fix it.

Review 19：Initially put us into the wrong villa. Then gave us an alleged upgrade and tried to charge us an extra 500 GBP to guarantee privacy. Then made a bizarre additional charge for xrate at 2.58 Tky to GBP, which was initially calculated incorrectly.

Review 21：The market at the top of the complex was very pricey so we ended up buying more food and drinks in town. The kitchen was somewhat lacking in utensils. All the steps could put some people off but in our view that added to the beauty and increased the great number of great views.

Review 22：Firstly we had a huge 3 bedroom villa with spectacular views over the bay. Secondly the location was perfect being right on the edge of the sea with a short boat or taxi ride into Kalkan town. Thirdly it was wonderful to be able to dive straight into the sea and swim to the raft and to then admire the view of the complex and the surrounding bay. Finally the grounds themselves were very pretty with lots of nooks and crannies and a lovely pool at the top with an even better view. We are thinking about returning next year.

Review 23：Unequipped apartment kitchen (no dishes, no heaters, empty cupboards). It is just a wider hotel room. We had a baby and we weren't able to prepare her meals. Small refrigirator. Exhausting steps and incline to reach the apartment. Limited food options, 2 restaurants with small menus (number of options).
