Review 5：Customer service needs some work. I received a voice message telling methat I was going to be charged $25 for a missing pillow. I lookedthrough my things and found only my personal pillows, I even mistook oneof my pillows for theirs but the fellow that left the message told me itdidn't belong to them. I was still charged for the pillow, eventhough I didn't have it. I thought about it on my drive back towork, and realized that there was only 2 pillows on the bed when Ichecked into the room. When I called to inform him of this I was toldthat it was my responsibility to tell the front desk upon arrival thatthere were only two pillows. I shouldn't be responsible for thesetup of a room. I do not work there, and the employees should be heldaccountable for having the room that I booked ready when I check in. Forsome reason I was checked into the wrong room at first, and informed thelady at the front desk of her mistake and was checked into the rightroom. It's not my fault that your employees' incompetence causedme to be checked into a room that was not properly prepared. I alsodon't appreciate being yelled at that I'm somehow responsiblefor preparing my room myself when I check in. This man was rude andvile. He shouted at me when I was calmly trying to explain the mistaketo him and then shouted more after asking me to lower my voice. Andbefore I could confirm that I would be refunded the money that I waswrongfully charged he hung up the phone. I now see why it has such badreviews online.

Review 6：Big bugs in the bathroom.bathroom is major clean machine needed. Owner did not use clean set of sheets each night. We were expecting more for the money we paid. Bathroom buddies and dirty bed clothes!

Review 9：The young lady at the front desk was GREAT, she helped us with places to go, what to see, where to eat. We asked for more coffee and pillows when we came back I stopped to get them and she had already put them in the room. Great customer service.

Review 10：Price and location were perfect! The room had all the amenities of a large chain for half the price! Room was large and clean, beds were comfy. Free wifi. Breakfast was waffles, oatmeal, cereal, muffins and fruit.

Review 11：The continental breakfast sadly had no fresh fruit or protein offered. Just carb/ breads foods like freezer type muffins and biscuits. Not that we are health nuts like it sounds, being we are getting older we do need to start the day off a bit better. The coffee was so-so. However it was VERY clean and nicely organized. The bed spread was not made of nice material. Cheap and Very scratchy.

Review 12：We were visiting our daughter who attends SFA, this was a great location! The mattress was super comfortable!! Our AC was not cooling well, we reported it to the office and in under 5 minutes, we were in another room! Wow, now that's service! Over all good deal for the price! I will be returning.

Review 39：Paint peeling. The smell of cleaning chemicals was very overwhelming. Remote for tv was greasy and slick. The bathroom had an old, used wash cloth hanging from the shower rod. Bathroom needed to be cleaned very badly. Carpet felt sticky and muggy. Scheduled a late check out, front desk called my room almost 2 hours before I had to leave, instead of 10/20 mins before checkout, asking if I were staying another night. This wouldn't have bothered me if I didn't work nights and I were awake. Then I was told they didn't offer a late check out. Therefore NO communication. Parking lot was filthy. Shifty people hangin outside their rooms at all hours of the night meeting up with various visitors. I will NOT be back. Pay the extra money for a Marriott. They know how to treat their guests.

Also lots of broken items it the room, the chest of drawers was ready for the bin! Couldnt even open the drawers properly. Just needs a little TLC
