Review 1：The manager was kind of indifferent to whether or not I was enjoying my stay. When I asked him if there was an elevator, he just pointed to the stairs. People were smoking outside our room because of the ash trays. The bed's mattress was rather hard. No extra blankets or pillows. No complementary breakfast snacks. We were worried that we wouldn't have a parking space when we returned for the night. I have an ADA placard, but the ADA parking space was always occupied by the same car, which didn't seem to have been moved since 1990. We won't be coming back.

Review 2：A no frills, low cost, clean motel in a decent location

Review 3：This Motel was a big surprise for me. The rooms have a very nice finishing with high end materials. You can see the love the owners put into the details. The rooms are big because you have a living room with TV and a bed room with TV. All the tiles and marble are real stones tiles and real marble.Wifi perfectly working. The perfect Hotel to go the beach, to visit L.A. and to reach the airport in a few minutes.

Review 11：Location is very good if you are interested in ocean&beach stuff. About 40-50 mins to Hollywood by car (if there are no traffic jams). Big rooms, nice, friendly and helpful staff. There are some fastfoods, post office and supermarket in the nearby. There always was a parking space for our car.

Review 13：The owner was very nice and gave us the mini-suite which probably cost more than what we paid for. The facilities were really good. Comfortable, with heat in the winter.

Review 21：The Seaside is an older motel, but has been completely renovated. The helpful owner is very hands-on and has run the establishment for many years; he goes out of his way to assure his guests' needs are met. Compared with the local competition, the Seaside is superior in both price and amenities. The rooms are well-insulated and clean and the wi-fi works well.

Review 22：The manager was very welcoming and helpful. He even printed our boarding passes which made our onward journey much easier. The room we were given was much larger than we had booked and was very clean, comfortable and well equipped.

Review 23：No bad experience, but motel not equipped with a computer for guests to access email. However had WiFi for smart phone use.

Review 24：The room we stayed in was spacious, clean, had large fridge, small grill/oven, microwave, etc. The range of Television options was excellent. The location was central to Redondo Beach and near food outlets.

Review 26：The owner of the hotel was professional, friendly and has worked diligently to make this older hotel look good and comfortable for guests. There has been significant remodelling and the hotel is well situated to beach towns and the airport.

Review 29：They were very kind. Made sure we had everything we needed. Had clean pots, pans, utensils, and dishware. Fridge, stove, sink. All they asked is that you would wash your own dishes before leaving and respect their property, which I think is very reasonable.

Review 30：There isn't sufficient parking spaces for all rooms. When we arrived there was no place to park in the motel, so I had to park on the street and leave the car keys with the attendant in order to move the car early in the morning and avoid a fine. Although I called months in advance to confirm if there was a refrigerator in the room, the refrigerator did not work properly. This was a big problem for me in particular because my daughter take medicine on a daily basis that needs to be cool at all times. I told the attendant about the problem, but he didn't care very much

Review 31：It was close to the airport and had nearby facilities to eat. 24h reception.

Review 33：The hotel personnel were especially helpful and accommodating. With a room on the ground floor, there was easy access from the car to the room. Room very spacious. Starbucks right across the street for breakfast, supermarket nearby. So nice to have a full-size refrigerator and kitchenette with plates, silverware, glasses for breakfast or light dinner in the room.

Review 34：The beds could definitely be more comfortable; just a little to firm for my liking, but I still slept good. And there was no coffee pot in the room.

Review 35：The staff were all friendly and accommodating. They allowed us to check in early, upon our arrival and provided a few things we did not have with us instead of making us go buy them. The owner also offered to move our car from the street to the parking area as space became available - to prevent us from having to move it during the night/early morning (because of city ordinance on street parking). He called and advised us when spaces were open as well. A+

Review 37：Overall a nice place and good value for the money. Helpful owner (helped me find parking when full at the motel, allowed us to stay hours longer than normal checkout time for a minor extra fee etc). Good room standard, housekeeping did a good job as well.

Review 54：Showed up way before check in exhausted from driving all night, our room wasn't ready so he upgraded us to a suite no extra charge, room was immaculate, they even called to mamake sure our car wasn't on the street during cleaning hours so we didn't get a ticket. Superior experience

Review 55：The room wasn't nice like the previous rooms I have had. The water in the bathtub wouldn't drain for most of my trip and the room had an odor. On my itinerary it shows the total price was $225 and I was charged $250. I don't think I'll be staying there again. Oh and the parking is terrible. They are also doing remolding on the outside and it was very loud early morning.

Review 61：Small family run motel. The owner is very friendly and accommodating. The rooms were very clean and appear to have had a face lift in the not to distant past. Parking was free and on site. If there was no parking left you can park on the street and the owner offers to move your car for you at 6am on street sweeping days so you don't get a ticket. Free wifi is offered. Friendly cleaning staff. Good value! Would stay again if I'm in the area.

Luckily, I was there over a weekend, so I could park on the street without getting a ticket. My room had been remodeled and was pretty clean until you looked behind the tv on the wall. It was dropping dust - wasn't that hard to get to to clean. Managers were so, so. Only answer the phone when they want to. When I asked if there was a coffee pot in the room, they told me I could go to Starbucks.

Review 74：The room had been remodeled, bed was great. I liked the lamps they had as they added plug in capabilities for charging things. Nice. The area seemed better than it had been years ago when I lived in the area. Pretty sketchy then.

Review 75：Our room was recently and tastefully updated with new bathroom tile, soft furnishings and carpet. It was very clean and had everything we needed, including a kitchenette with a table. The management were so pleasant and accomodating! This motel is definitely a good value and nice place to stay.

Review 76：I've been at the Seaside Motel for 5 days. Awesome place, 5 min drive from Hermosa, a lovely and quiet beach in LA! 10 min drive from the airport! Kay, the owner has been really friendly! Big and really clean rooms! Nice position;)

Review 77：There are 8 spots in parking lot and 4 in front of hotel (its on a main road) so parking basically does not exist. We were there in the middle of week and multiple times we had to park a block or two down. I cant imagine how bad it would be on weekends when the place is full. My daughter is 8 and making her walk that far after a day of being tourists really sucked.
