Review 1：Hard to find office. The man in office was very rude! Very hard to understand. Would only give us one hand towel and no more we requested extra pillows with our reservation he said we get what is in our room only we reserved a queen a reservation was confirmed for $140 we were charged $160 because no queen was available. There were many empty rooms. Extremely disappointing. Very disappointing stay!

Review 3：Exposed wires (!) in a few places. Beds uncomfortable. Broken A/C. Wifi that barely worked at all. Very close to some very loud trains.

Review 5：The place was grubby, wifi only worked in the car park, TV was ancient, no coffee facilities, light switches were dirty, one of the shutters was broken, towels were grey and hard.

Review 7：When we arrived it took 10 min or more to have interaction with an employee, our room was in a dark scary area with no lights, it took us 5 minutes or more to figure out how to enter. Once we were the outside lights came on.
Review 8：No hot shower, room was filthy -- tampons and toiletries from previous occupant still in drawers. Front desk staff were rude, denying everything and refusing to come to the room. I'd prepaid for 3 nights online, but the mgr agreed to only charge me for the one night I stayed there. But all 3 nights appeared on my CC. You'd be better to sleep in your car.
Review 9：Motel across from Caltrain so It was noisy. Bathroom amenities are minimal. Ran out of toiletry and have to call for more. They did respond promptly though.

Review 13：Train tracks were across the street from hotel and trains came through every hour blasting their horn all night long. The bed was a full size not queen like they advertized. carpet was dirty, no wifi connection, bath towels had holes in them, hairdryer didn't work. Our room was in a dark tunnel like walkway. I would never stay there by myself !!! I would be afraid to come back after dark,(scary) !!!

Review 22：Directly located near the Caltrain tracks, you need very good ear plugs to get some sleep. Everything seems quite run-dun, very filthy dirty carpets, old facilities, only took it because of lack of alternative (other places booked out)

Review 25：Not easy to find,very close to a busy railway track, felt vulnerable as the area was secluded,the first room had no working toilet,the second room had a foul smelling fridge,and bedding that was torn and stained on both beds.Didn't feel very secure in the room and had a poor nights sleep due to this. Booked it due to the proximity of the airport and price.
