Review 1：The toilet handle was almost broken. My desk chair lost a wheel. The room smelled overpoweringly of air freshener. Pancake maker was out of service at breakfast. Oh and the elevator was broken overnight. Normally I don't mind a few issues when I'm getting a good price but I felt this place overcharged.

Review 4：We came from NY to see the Tampa Bay vs NY game. It was a perfect distance from everywhere. Many stores nearby, restaurants in walking distance, an Ihop right next door, just minutes from the Stadium, airport and the aquarium! Also the free breakfast was wonderful! Will definitely stay here again!!

In the end, and for the fact that we couldn't sleep at all, we were given the night free, which we thought was a good gesture on the part of the hotel management. apart from this odd incident, we would certainly recommend the hotel.

Review 12：Our bathroom ceiling was leaking. Pool area was small, and there were people sitting there smoking who knows what?? Kids wanted to swim, but we passed.

Review 31：Made my reservation. Paid for and got my confirmation. Hotel staff calls me HOURS later and say "We have no 2 Queen bed non-smoking rooms. I give you 1 King?" I was traveling on business with another male co-worker. I inform them that that wont work. 2 guys in a King? Not my flavor of fun. was basically told to go kick rocks..

Review 33：We were not given the 2 double bed room we reserved, so were upgraded to a 2 room suite. The main bedroom had no windows and the other room had a pull out couch with a very thin pad for a mattress. A bed/cot was brought it but it too was very uncomfortable, resulting in a very poor night's sleep for 1 of us.

Place is very quiet despite being located practically in the heart of Tampa. My brother used the pool and said it was nice. It didn't have too many people crowding it up. Breakfast was spot on especially when you had to run to early morning orientations, coffee was a life saver. Overall great experience and would recommend to people needing a quality place to stay while not breaking the bank.

Review 37：Bathrooms do not have ventilation and fans are for decoration only, they do not work. Rooms are very humid and the air conditioner cannot keep up. Toilet got clogged on the first day. Staff said this is a common occurrence. Very uncomfortable pillows, take your own!
