Review 1：Way too much noise. Loud music in the parking lot after midnight and lots of doors slamming throughout the night. Also the linens were worn and dingy. Multiple guests complained about the linens.

Review 3：They need to get different food eggs had no taste to them. Need more assortment of fruits. Butter was so hard was not able to spread on waffles so you had chunks of butter on toast and waffles.

Review 11：The hot tub was brutal instead of the jets going out to pressure points they go up and make it impossible for people to sit and not get their hair wet. The breakfast area was sticky everywhere. The bed was uncomfortable. The bathroom wasn't that clean. The workers looked like they hated their life.

Review 13：Pool is right inside the hotel entrance, so everyone can see in. Breakfast wasn't great. Not even the waffle bar or the muffins which are normally pretty decent. WiFi was horrible. Couldn't stream video or even just browse Web pages. It was a little noisy, but nothing too disturbing.

Review 19：Requested a roll away bed on my reservation but there wasn't one in the room when I got there. When I reserved the room it said free crib or roll away bed but when I went to ask about why it wasn't there they charged me $10.00 for it and it took me calling them a 2ed time to get it brought to my room 3 hours after I paid them for it.

Reported it to the front desk at check out and she seemed a little concerned stating that "all the others here no one had that problem". I told her that we were in rom#317 and to have someone go and check and they'll see for themselves that it ran out.

That totally pissed me off. And to think myfriend n I who stayed even cleaned our own room for the most part..

We were in town to help our elderly, ill uncle and his help was ablessing. Actually, everyone we had contact with on the staff was verynice. Breakfast was hot and my husband loved the waffles. Review 92：My room was really nice. I loved making my own waffles for breakfast. But, honestly, I was a bit disturbed to be awoken at 5am with the couple upstairs having very loud sex!! And then again, at about 6 am with the couple next door having very loud sex!!! I couldn't get back to sleep after all of that, and that was frustrating. I was beginning to wonder what kind of place I was staying in!!! Oh boy!

I could hear the people in rm215 having sex and our wall felt like it was going to break on to our bed because our headborard was on the wall. The street noise was really loud couldnt sleep at all. The people in the hall reallly loud. Bestwestern really need to improve on the breakfast and a larger space for it too. At exactly nine thirty the hotel staff started putting away the breakfast and people were still getting breakfast. Rude Rude.
